So curious what the folks here think. Another new station?

Is this 3878kHz? I heard about it. My guess is pirate. Lots of people fucking around on HF lately.

Yeah it is, I jst found the use of English even tho there's an accent interesting even saying fiver or "fivur" Cuz of the accent also it appears the numbers are organized into groups of three subgroups each likely t have it's own key judging from "tabela" which apparently means table in polish and there's always a different digit after it which intrigued me.

"Fiver" isn't a real thing.

"Niner" is a real thing because it's to distinguish between the number 9 and the German word for no, "nein", which is pronounced "nine". That's why NATO based number pronunski-aishkun is "niner".

So if someone is using "fiver", it's almost certainly not an official transmission.

While I agree that this signal is probably / almost certainly a fake or pirate, the use of "fiver" is a long standing thing by a well know actual numbers station, the Polish numbers station that carries the ENIGMA ID E11 (also called the "Oblique" station).

In fact, the use of the term "fiver" and "tabela" seems too much of a copy of E11, and is one of the reasons I called the station too "on the nose" to be real.

OK, I just listened to a sample of E11 over on Priyom.org, and yeah, you're right. But they seem to be an exception to the general rule.

It's just too perfect. The use of  "fiver" seems odd, like others have noted. That one single word in Polish seems odd too.

I’d say pirate…

My bet? Fake / pirate.

It is all a bit too much "on the nose". Someone has taken known attributes from several different stations and incorporated them into this.

Got Beeps / Tones that stop before message starts, begins after message ends, ala Monolith stuff? Check. There really is no need for that kind of stuff unless it is a channel marker, running 24/7. I mean, otherwise why restart the beeps after the message ends? Just like the Buzzer or other marker stations.

Got a catchy / uncommon term ("tabela") used in the transmission so people can have a "name" for the station? Check. Just like "oblique" in E11.

Non standard use of a radio term, in this case "fiver"? Check. Just like "fiver" in E11.

Unique tones / beeps during transmission? Check. Just like the first installments of V32 and often heard in VC01.
