Luigi will be executed on January 18th 2024.
Plot[]
The episode starts with Wario, who has come to take the people's gold, garlic, and their rights. He also plans to outlaws straight sex in his America. Waluigi also comes in stage, and announces that he'll be outlawing Luigi, making Luigi banned in his America, along with saying that he will be executed by capital punishment on January 18th, 2024. Luigi is scared from his execution by capital punishment. His brother, Mario announces that he'll be running for president and give a presidential pardon to Luigi, believing he had done nothing wrong. Wario then said there is no presidential election between now (September 8, 2022) and January 18 2024, meaning that he can't pardon Luigi.
After finding the obstacle on him, Mario planned to kill Vice President Kamala Harris, getting Joe Biden to appoint him as the new VP, and then killing President Joe Biden, making Mario to be president. (a disclaimer was put by Henry after Mario said that, the disclaimer will be in the gallery) Mario then realizes, if there is no presidential election, then Wario and Waluigi couldn't execute Luigi as they aren't in power. Wario responds saying he'll fabricate a scandal against Attorney General Merrick Garland, and will get Joe Biden to appoint him as his new attorney general, which can give him the right to prosecute Luigi for his treason against the United States of America. Mario gets confused as Luigi usually doesn't commit treason.
It was then revealed eventually that Luigi did commit treason, where he sold state secrets to the Chinese Communist Party, before Luigi asks for forgiveness from Mario, explaining doing illegal makes him feel living, wanting to be the leader of something, instead of being second-in-command.
Waluigi then reveals he informed the CIA of Mario's plan of assassinating President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Mario was then arrested by the CIA, and Wario and Waluigi reign supreme. oh and also probably luigi was arrested for life in prison for treason i guess

- The CIA agent that arrested Mario, and the police officer that executed Luigi in Luigi has been executed on January 18th 2024, are the same person. This was confirmed in a Reddit post in the official Henereye subreddit.[1]
