I dunno about the Afroman but doesn't Liz Fong Jones have some really strong backing from the elite class? Like we know that the enshittification of the Internet is well collaborated and systematic between Globalist groups like the EU and the United Nations and IIRC LFJ is backed by that sort of people. He did get Cloudflare into kicking Kiwifarms off from it and the MSM was celebrating and dancing on our graves after that and CloudFlare is essentially an International authority/monopoly that is partially under German law.

Afroman is the one being sued by the police department of Adams County, Ohio. This case would make a great subject for Mad at the Internet. The backstory to this case is so fucking long it could fill up its own thread, I'm gonna try to condense it down as briefly as I can.
Afroman is a rapper who had a single hit in 2000, "Because I Got High." His rap persona is based around smoking weed and being goofy. He was born in LA but moved to Adams County Ohio decades after his brief time in the spotlight had ended. He still did shows and stuff but he was mostly a smaller act and arguably still is.
In August 2022, the Adams County Sherriff's Department counducted a heavily militarized no-knock raid on his property searching for "A thousand pounds of weed and victims of kidnapping." Obviously, because this nigga is a middle aged one-hit wonder who lives in Ohio, he didn't exactly have the budget or influence for an R Kelly sex dungeon with a massive grow room straight from a GTA game. The raid was a total bust, and only succeeded in damaging his property and wasting taxpayer money. No charges were filed and the "informant" they worked with turned out to be lying in a sad attempt to get her felony charges reduced. $400 "went missing" and he had to file a complaint to get it back. The "contraband" seized in the raid amounted to a single vape pen, possibly some dime bags, and his mother's lemon pound cake.
The cops laughed in his face when he asked for restitution, and outraged, Afroman produced an entire album of songs mocking the police department, with music videos that used actual footage from the raid:
One of the best moments is you can see a fat cop who looks like IRL Peter Griffin stop in the middle of the raid to eye the infamous Lemon Pound Cake. I mean, just friggin' look at this Family Guy!
This took off in a huge way, and he started selling T-Shirts and presenting his broken door and mother's lemon pound cake at concerts, people from all over the world contacting him to ask how he was doing, songs on YouTube and TikTok trending. It became a big meme moment that had another brief time in the spotlight and breathed some life into Afroman's career again. But it was mostly a small, self-contained controversy.
Until like a year later when the Adams County Sheriff's Department decided to fucking SUE HIM.
Essentially, the basis of their case is exactly the same as Liz Fong-Jones. Afroman violated their "personal copyright" by publicly mocking them and showing their faces in the video. They claim he "defamed" them by showing people exactly what they did, and violated their privacy despite the fact that they're clearly public figures.

Despite widespread criticism from Civil Rights groups and the public at large, and most of the claims being dismissed early on, the lawsuit went forward for THREE FUCKING YEARS and the trial will begin in the coming days.
So, I think in many ways this case mirrors Josh's, and I think it might even set precedent for how his will be handled.

I'll throw in bonus points if you include the dirty laundry Afroman has been kicking up from the defemation case, including that the former police chief is a pedophile, one of the key officers involved was served divorce papers for sleeping with girls "high on mushrooms" in sleazy motels, and the police's star witness for the raid is a drug addicted prostitute who made up multiple lies to try to get a plea deal by throwing Afroman under the bus.
