I engaged in oral sex, and during the act, the girl accidentally hit the head of my penis hard with her teeth multiple times. Since I was in the middle of orgasm, I didn’t stop her. Now, the head of my penis is extremely oversensitive to the point where wearing regular underwear is painful. Any friction from clothing on the head causes discomfort. The effects from this injury were immediate and have persisted for 10 months. I initially thought it would resolve over time, but it hasn’t. To elaborate on the sensation: right after the oral sex, my penis becomes sensitive, which I believe is a common experience. However, it feels like this sensitivity has become 'stuck,' if that makes sense.
Has this condition been recognized, and is there any therapy available? It’s very painful every day, and I find myself constantly adjusting. I discovered some synthetic underwear that allows me to move around with minimal pain, but it doesn’t always help. The only time I experience relief is in the morning for about 15 minutes.
