I know all about it but there might be a lot of things I don't know about it. I know you can check how many views, favorites, & comments are on a post & I know how to organize it but how many stats it has & by the date it has been uploaded & that's pretty much it on how much I know.

Unironically very possible. There's no real death of old age, it's always some sort of immune system weakness leading to fatal illness, organ failure, or something of the like.
As we're increasingly capable of manufacturing our own organs (EG fully artificial hearts recently, etc) there's a good possibility that the first people who will live thousands of years are currently born.
