I have been using hianime for quite a while now and i really dont like seeing the comment section as it is mostly filled with spams or spoilers and it is really distracting as well so im writing this as a request to the mods to add a option in the website to hide comment section for those who dont wanna see comments

There are 2 extra thumbnail features on top of the existing one which can improve user experience:

1. Icon to give Use Idea if anime is finished already(because I only watch anime when all dub episodes are released).

2. Year of release

Both features will be great to have.

Since morning i’ve been trying with different domains but none of them work

I do not know if this is a bug or what, but I no longer get the little pop-up blurb with details and options to quickly add anime to my list from the search results page.

I've tried clearing cache and site data, and multiple browsers with and without pop-up blockers, but the overlay seems to just not be working with any browser of any kind.

Are there any updates regarding the situation with Hianime? The discord is in full panic right now, please give us a sign that everything is okay and the website will be back soon. Hianime did have its flaws, like not including many of the Ovas and specials, but it still a really good website and I really enjoyed using it. Hopefully the website will come back, even if it's under a new name.

Stop trying to spread misinformation to others

They are most prob actively working on the issue and we may or may not get a name change for the website ig (I'm not sure but they might change the domain's name if the domain shutting down was due to a strike)

(Also pls stop giving the mods a hard time spreading misinformation and first check trusted sources like the announcements here or the official discord server and as told by the mods, the Instagram id is fake)

For the past week I’ve been trying to use hi anime, but whenever I’m watching something it will constantly freeze every 5 seconds without buffering just freezing and it only gets fixed when I switch to a different episode and go back, but then it happens again, I don’t know which blocker to use that blocks the pop ups and it seems like whenever I exit full screen there’s always a pop up, which might be the root of the problem, but whenever I click out of the pop up it still dosent fix it. Am I stupid or is something wrong?

Also check if I am on the correct domain.

If it is used but the old domains are still running is there a problem since the sources are mirrored? Or should I use the up to date Proxy? And if so how do I access it , just edit the extension to the new country?

So the thing is, for the last two days every episode which I’m watching is lagging, suddenly becomes blurry and skips few scenes on its own. This had me worried.

When I checked it on my laptop, it is working just fine. So this is only happening on my iPad.

hey, I was be stupid and accidentally tried to use hianime on google instead of safari and it immediately took me to a sketchy site. I immediately closed it out but was wondering if that was enough to install malware to my device? I’m not very tech savby so if what I’m describing sounds dumb, that’s why

People starts to dislike my comment, its normal behavior. they starting to questioning my decision, and im just trying to defend the anime. pretty normal. stating that my standards are low and must be my first anime. Hi there, during the final set of episodes for the season I have noticed some subtitles are skipping for signs. This has started somewhere around episode 8 or 9, and continued all the way to 12.

Is there any way to skip to a specific time on an episode? trying to watch one piece and getting sick and tired of the recaps.

So, the problem that I'm facing is in my laptop everytime I type in "hianime.do" or "hianime.to" and "hianime.tv" it just takes way too much time to load and I can't visit the site and when i search only "hianime" on the search bar a fake website shows up with the url hianime.sc somthing and I've been watching on that site for 2 days cuz the problem ain't fixing and it's a total fake website guys idk if its safe or not.
