Legal Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Japan)

• The service fee shall be in accordance with the price list determined by the Company. The customer agrees to the latest price list and calculation method posted on the Company's website (https://reearth.io/pricing) before using the service.
• The contract period shall be one year from the service commencement date (defined as the date on which the Company accepts the customer's application for service use or any date otherwise agreed between the Company and the customer) if the customer selects an annual subscription, or one month from the service commencement date if the customer selects a monthly subscription.
• The customer shall pay the service fee and any applicable consumption tax, etc. (hereinafter "Service Fees") for the period from the contract formation date until the contract expiration date. No refund guarantee is provided, and no refunds will be made after the contract is established.
• The customer shall pay the Service Fees by the payment method designated by the Company and by the due date specified by the Company. Bank transfer fees and settlement fees shall be borne by the customer.
• Unless the customer requests cancellation in the manner specified by the Company by no later than one day prior to the contract expiration date, the contract shall be automatically renewed on the same terms and conditions based on the previous contract formation date, and the same shall apply thereafter.

To use this service, the following environment is recommended:

• An internet connection is required. The service cannot be used offline.
• If the internet connection is interrupted during use, editing and registration data may not be saved properly.
• For smooth use of 3D city models and similar data, a stable network connection of at least 50 Mbps downstream is recommended.
