Detroit's most expensive office-building sale ever just closed

The 20-story Huntington Bank headquarters at Woodward Avenue and Adams Street has a new owner.

The new Huntington Bank tower in downtown Detroit has traded hands for $156 million in what is likely the most expensive office sale in city history.
