There is no news about this. No announcements. But Nelvana closed its doors today. My dad worked there. It was, to a great extent, the playground I grew up in. It breaks my heart where the industry is going. This company deserved better announcement around this. Better celebration of its contribution to the Canadian entertainment system. But just…. nothing.
