The Short Version

Use our services for anything legal. Don't break the law.

Acceptable Use

You may use Servury services for any lawful purpose. This includes but is not limited to:

• Web hosting and applications
• Development and testing
• VPN and privacy tools
• Data processing and storage
• Any other legal activity

Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any activity that violates applicable laws (Canadian law and laws of your jurisdiction)
• Distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Fraud, scams, or phishing
• Attacks on other systems (DDoS, hacking, etc.) without authorization
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Trademark or copyright infringement

Violations will result in immediate suspension without refund.

Abuse Reports

We process abuse reports from legitimate authorities and organizations, including:

• Law enforcement agencies with valid legal process
• NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
• Network abuse reports from upstream providers
• DMCA takedown notices (valid notices only)

Reports from these sources are processed automatically and may result in immediate service termination without refund.

Account Responsibility

• Your 32-character credential is your sole means of authentication
• You are responsible for keeping it secure
• Lost credentials cannot be recovered - there is no "forgot password" option
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Service Terms

Billing

• Services are prepaid
• Auto-renewal is optional and can be disabled
• No refunds for used services or terminated accounts due to abuse
• No refunds for account balance/credit deposits

Service Availability

• We target 99.9% uptime but provide no SLA guarantees
• Scheduled maintenance may cause brief interruptions
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 7 days notice

Account Termination

• Inactive accounts (zero balance, no services, no tickets) are deleted after 24 hours
• Accounts violating these terms may be terminated immediately
• You may close your account at any time by letting it become inactive

Fraudulent Payments

• Accounts found to be using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or unauthorized payment credentials to purchase services or add balance will be immediately suspended and permanently closed without refund.
• All associated services will be terminated and any remaining balance will be forfeited
• We reserve the right to report such activities to relevant authorities and payment processors

Limitation of Liability

Servury (operated by Avalanche Systems Inc., DBA Servury) provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or service interruptions
• Actions of other users
• Third-party services or links
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 3 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
