Revolut detects root with Zygisk Assistant. When it's uninstalled, Revolut works fine.

You don't actually need an account to try, the error comes immediately when launching the app.

Worked up until April 30th (still using Magisk 28.1), so I'm not sure the update to 29.0 killed it.

Tried with: Native Zygisk & Denylist (fail), Zygisk Next (fail), ZN + Zygisk Assistant (fail), reZygisk (fail), reZygisk + Assistant (fail).

Also retried every combination with Shamiko enabled (release 401, just out today in their telegram release channel).

All of them with playcurl next enabled and reloading a few keys with play integrity fix, no dice.

No account is needed. The application performs the root check during the loading screen or shortly afterwards (it seems that there are 2 or more independent checks).

My device is a Samsung Galaxy A5 with LineageOS 18.1.

@stefand I used to live in Dar es Salaam for a bit years ago so that made me curious, however I couldn't replicate - after opening the Mpesa app and giving the permission to access the call function, the next step prompts me "no mpesa SIM inserted - please insert the SIM registered for the service".

I'm not sure if the root check happens before that or after. If it's before, then the combination here works: Shamiko 1.2.4, Zygisk Assistant 1.4, Zygisk Next 1.2.9.

Debloated but largely stock OxygenOS 12 (Android 12) on a OnePlus 10 pro.

It happens before and during the "no SIM found screen. In my case the error shows up 1-2 seconds after the no SIM screen (or the welcome screen if a Vodacom sim is inserted). If it sits stable for ~10 seconds I think you made it happy.

I think (but don't know for sure) that it chokes on lineage os in my phone. I got rid of all "lineageos " strings in props. Native detector shows up clean with the default checks but finds some LOS Strings in services and smaps with the experimental checks.

I have the same modules you listed, but no luck with mpesa. My root manager is magisk 29.0. I tried KSU and Apatch, but KSU says it does not support my devices and Apatch crashes when opening the root screen in Apatch.apk

If anyone from the future runs across this: I got v2.22.3 of this application working on my device with KernelSU + SUSFS and not using ZygiskNext or ReZygisk. SUSFS seems to hide whatever lineage-related file the application chokes on. I had to rebuild the LineageOS kernel for my a5y17lte and apply KSU and SUSFS patches by hand.

Both crashes with zygisk assistant and neozygisk 1.1 implementation. At first glance, I thought it was my font module issue, but font loader is also to no avail.
Both the app function well with zygisk next and shamiko.

There's no possibility to downgrade, I tried manual download to the previous version (59) from Aurora Store and it couldn't retrieve it.

Is ZygiskNext still the best option, or is ReZygisk something? I can't find if one of these is better than the other, but ZygiskNext gets more frequent updates while it looks more sketchy (no opened issues and some issues are closed for no reason while not fixed)?

By the way, do you have an idea how to fix France Identité not meeting every security requirements?
On work profile is seems to be okay but on main profile I don't meet every security criteria while the only difference looks to be Magisk, leading to a crash when trying to scan/manually reference my ID card... I'm running :
