Unlike a lot of the concerns people have about $USDCx on Cardano, you can actually deposit and withdraw $USDC from centralized exchanges directly as USDCx, no need to touch Ethereum or use any external bridges.
IOG is currently supporting the USDCx Bridge, and deposit fees are waived until March 9.
