The more lives you've lived, the more mana you have, and Cale has lived too many lives to count.

At this point, his core is closer to the magical equivalent of a nuclear reactor. The downside to this is that conventional spells have become impossibly difficult to cast: Cale simply has too much mana. His spells collapse under the weight of his magic.

Then he finds himself summoned to a new world. One with a spellwork system capable of adjusting to his ridiculous reserves, creating new spells just for him.

Of course, things are never that simple. New magic means new things to learn, and if he wants to make spells worth having, that means going to a magic academy. On top of that, an old dragon has taken an interest in him, the kingdom's hunters seem alarmingly intent on attacking his classmates, and Cale's pretty sure at least one ancient evil has followed him from a past life.

But who knows? With magic back on the table, he might finally be able to perform what he sees as the true pinnacle of spellwork: baking.

So, spelling and grammar are good. Story is awesome so far, and I really enjoy the MC. I usually prefer weak to strong and slow burn stories, but I like the concept of this one. I don't want to say too much because it will give spoilers, and the story is only just beginning, so I am rambling in this last sentence to ensure I reach 50 words.

This story introduces some of the most captivating world building I've ever seen or royal road, while also having understandable explanation and foreshadowing that makes sense.  Also, it's funny, while still having cool fantasy elements, and every character is interesting in their own way, whether it be their powerset, motivations, or cool factor.

This deserves the 5 stars!

Yes please, more of this.

I swear I had already left a review here because this is that good. Cale is an interesting character with unexpected depths and a lot more questions than answers, making you want to learn more.

But you stay for the minor characters. You root for Damien overcoming his anxiety, get outraged at how others are treated poorly and want to set it set right with the ironclad conviction that it will happen, somehow, because this story has that kind of optimistic hope. Not that bad things don't happen, but that they can be made better.

If you liked the Tennant era of Doctor Who but want it to be magic, this is absolutely a story for you. Cale is love with both magic and the world, his attitude is infectious and the story will drag you along with him like everyone else is.

Have had tons of fun reading this so far, only thing I was disappointed by is that there weren't more chapters which is a very good sign!

Cale as a main character is very aloof and ditzyish in normal times but has his own hard lines and pains he is working through. I genuinely love the way he is written and that he wants to improve and keep going despite however many times he has reincarnated.

The side characters are a lot of fun as well, hoping to see them grow and become even more fleshed out as we go!

This story had me laughing on multiple occasions. The main character just wants to be able to use the power he's accumulated throughout (assumed) millennia of reincarnating to use baking spells. The novel can be summed up as "Cale literally cannot cook without burning the kitchen down," except he also burns down the building, the block, the city, and most of the planet. Follow Cale on his journey to complete the first step of any magical baking recipe: adding mana. Truly a delightful read that I'm looking forward to reading more of. 5/5.

I'n enjoying this.

The cast has a lot of strange characters with all kinds of different problems. There's a lot of whimsy in the writing but even the parts of the worldbuilding that are intentionally silly work well and feel coherent.

The main character comes off a little smug but he's likeable anyway because he's consistently nice to people, and also he flirts a lot.

Good characters, great humor and wonderful world building (OF MULTIPLE DIMENSIONS) that manages too keep one asking, guessing and wanting more.

The main character keeps up a cheerful personality but by the time the eight chapter arrives the question what he is hiding behind that personality comes up. Can't wait to continue reading <3

This story is both hilarious and entertaining; the characters are well-written, the world/magic academy the MC is at is interesting, and overall, it's just a really great, relaxing read. The pacing is just right, too. It's hard to make these kinds of stories work sometimes, but this one is one of the good ones.

This story is unlike any other multiversal/reincarnation/litRPG novel I've read. The MC has a unique personality and is largely separate from established tropes (as of ch 9). Expect op mc from the start, with a strange yet interesting personality. I can tell already that character growth will take place for many characters. Overall, this is very well done!

As of writing, the story is mostly getting set up, but so far the world building is intriguing, the characters expressive and unique, and the deadpan humor really funny.

The crumbs of lore and hooks that will undoubtably lead to the plot indicate a wide universe full of mysteries. But as of now, that is only backdrop for a comedy set at a magic school
