Hey everyone — February 4th marks our first year of Ero Scheme development, and I wanted to give you a clear roadmap of what to expect for 2026!

Year 1 Status Update (What’s already implemented)

Being a solo developer means updates aren’t always easy or fast, but thanks to everyone who’s donated, we’ve been able to move a little faster and push more content than we otherwise could. Patron support has directly funded $150+ worth of new content so far — seriously, thank you!

Here’s what’s in the game right now as of this year!

1. Day-cycle! (Morning / Afternoon / Night flow)

2. Action system (actions decrease, cycle advances, daily reset logic)

3. Over 100 CG Images!

4. Explore system (randomized events!)

5. Inventory system

6. Gift system

7. Gallery / Replay functionality

8. Cheat/unlock System

9. Purifier/Amulet lust mechanic

10. Cleanse system

11. Interact System

12. Major story arc content (including “Night of Glory” and Operation Housewife Act 1)

13. Sendout and Paid dating System!

That’s the foundation we’re building on — the goal is to keep stacking content on top while tightening stability and adding quality-of-life features.

2026 Plans

Our plans this year so far are:

• An in-game guide / event tracker
  Future additions will include an in-game guide to help keep track of routes, events, and available triggers so you don’t have to guess what to do next.

• Two new characters are joining the roster

Noa Tagliaferro — the woman responsible for having you captured in “Night of Glory.”

Hikari Yua— bringing a little gyaru-spice to our growing roster of love interests!

• A second map: “Naxos City.”
  We’re finally expanding the world with a new playable area, new locations, and more event space to grow the cast and routes.

• Erostegia x Player content begins
  We’re finally kicking off Erostegia x Player content to start building momentum toward a possible “Harem Route.”🤤

My Long-term Goals for the game!

I want Ero Scheme to be a long, erotic, content-filled experience where there’s a little something for everyone. This is my first and most ambitious project, and it will take time to fully complete — but with Patron support, I’ll keep pushing until the game is completed and functioning to perfection.

And to the Ero Golden Experience Members from 2025: If you already requested a scene, your scenes are planned for this year, and you won’t be waiting long either!

• Re-implemented the Gallery and updated it

• HOTFIX- Fixed Ari Hangout 3 Bug

• HOTFIX- Adjusted conditions to have sex with Ari in her Room (Must See affection 3 AND have bond 2)

• HOTFIX- Removed gift giving due to errors

• Fixed various typos and updated previous dialogues

• Added 1 progression scene to Red/Cassia's Route

• Added an option to have sex with Ari in her room to lower lust

• Updated the cheat system (STILL EXPERIMENTAL!)

• Fixed bug where explore scenes were not starting correctly and would be locked out.

• 1 New Explore Events

• Updated Patron Wall

• Bug fixes/issues

• QoL / system changes: Button layouts streamlined (Again)

• Added over 700 New lines

Needed a ton of help to get this update out, but it's finally done!

Changelog:

-2 New Cotton x Player H-scene Events

-2 New Ari x Rei Events

-4 New Free Roam Events

-New Stamina System added (You can do 2 Physical Actions before the cycle changes)

-Added framework for Phone menu (Can currently only call Cotton if on her Pure Route)

-New Item: Basic Coffee! (Can be Bought at the Cafe; Restores 1 Stamina per use)

-New Item: Love, Lust, & Coruption Potion! (Found randomly during the day)

-Over 1000 new lines

-Various Bugs, errors, and grammatical errors fixed.

As always, I'll continue to try to update every month, but as we go, development time will likely only increase! Remember, it's always best to start a clean save while we're in alpha! Your support will always be appreciated!
