Inspector Graduate Trainee Programme (IGT)
Comprehensive training in operations management in public bus sector
- Rotation in both inspector and officer duties
- Supervise the performance of Regulators and Bus Captains to deliver quality bus service
- Monitor bus service level and ridership
- Deploy buses and Bus Captains to meet timetable and demand
- Plan and execute traffic events and diversions
- Handle and investigate traffic accident and other emergency situations
- Gather feedback from frontline operations
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in ANY discipline
- Possession of Class 1 & 2 driving license is an advantage (Trainees must obtain the driving license by the end of the 2-year programme)
- Active and outgoing, willing to work outdoor and on shift duty in uniform
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient with computer operation
- Keen interest to pursue a career in the bus industry
- Strong personality with initiative, leadership ability and willingness to learn
