I had a bad day yesterday and it kind of carried into this morning but I’m gonna try n fix that for the rest of my day wish me luck :)
today’s my discharge date from outpatient and I’m super sad because imma miss meeting with all my mentally ill bffs and laughing and crying together three times a week :( but I’ve learned so much and finally have a proper diagnosis and my meds are right, I’m proud of me
