All of this is really unprecedently retarded. More and more oil sources are shutting down, the Strait of Hormuz is completely closed off and empty except for maybe 1-2 "shadow fleet" tankers a day, somebody is spoofing GPS to create the appearance of ships crossing the Strait(!!!), oil prices are crashing because Trump lied to calm the markets and it worked (Brent is currently at 80 and Urals at 100).
The level of separation between the financialized speculation part of the global economy and the physical reality of commodities moving is bizarre.
