Moved my site for free
They moved my site for free. It had been having issues at my old provider in Ireland. Things are so far much better. Been two weeks now. Also bought a few domains, fair pricing.

They surprised me with their support
I've been all over the place, and I've been needing proper privacy-focused hosting for the guts of 20 years now. I'm using Packetra for two of my websites at the moment, and I actually had to lean on support for one of them recently.
It was a messy technical issue that had me pulling my hair out, but their support manager got it sorted for me in the end. To be fair, it felt like it went well beyond the usual scope of support, which genuinely surprised me. I couldn't tell you if that's always the case, but it was a very welcome surprise, and I've had no issues since.

Dedicated server good
Server is good, uptime is great, they responded to me a bit late about 3 hours but explained why and it was an acceptable reason, overall Im happy with it, its why i deducted one star. It looks promising, been about 3 weeks when I write this, hope they stay consistent.

Good service, quick support.
Just tried their service last week, opened one VM and it's quick, the setup is quick and their client area is nice for me to handle my VM. Been no downtimes by the monitor, haven't needed any technical support but after I ordered the server it came instantly via email. So far recommend.

Moved my site quick and easy
I just moved one of my sites over to Packetra and they assisted with the move quickly and easily, helped me update my domain DNS. I am not super good with that stuff and they got me all the way, now I hope they will continue to show such support when I need it.
