Register for OCX 2026
Things to know
- An OCX Pass provides access to all collocated events and content.
- We use SSO for registration login. You will be asked to log in with your eclipse.org account in order to register. If you don't have an account, follow these steps to create one.
- Please, no third-party registrations. Each attendee must register themselves, using a unique email address.
- All registrants must agree to the Code of Conduct as part of the registration process.
- The conference language is English.
- Lunch is provided each day.
- Payment must be made online, via credit card in euros.
- 21% Belgian VAT is applied to all registration prices.
- If you need to cancel or update your registration, please email us at registration@OCXconf.org. Note: We are not able to provide refunds for registrations cancelled after 30 March 2026.
- Please visit the OCX Privacy page for information on what we do with data collected during registration.
- International Travelers: If you need a document from us to obtain travel documents, please request a letter and email us at registration@OCXconf.org. We can provide a signed letter as an email attachment that confirms your status as an OCX 26 registrant.
Onsite Registration Hours
- Tuesday, 21 April: 7:30 - 16:00
- Wednesday, 22 April: 8:00 - 16:00
- Thursday, 23 April: 8:30 - 12:00
You will print your own badge when you check in at Registration. Please have your QR code available.You can find the code in the mobile app or in your registration confirmation email.
How to Register
Registration is done on an external site. Clicking on the “Register Now” button will take you to that site. BUT – before you click, please read the information below about Pass Types and Discounts.
Please follow these steps once you are at the registration site.
- If you are not currently logged in with your eclipse.org, account the system will ask you to log in before you can access the form.
- Fill in your personal information
- Answer the registration questions
- Choose your Community and your Pass Type
- Complete your payment
- Be sure to click on “Submit” at the end
- You will receive an email confirmation from the registration system after your registration is complete
Pass Rates
- Member Pass - Includes all content and all collocated events. Member passes may be used by Eclipse Foundation members and committers, and previous attendees at Eclipse Foundation events.
- Non-member Pass Includes all content and all collocated events.
- Non-Corporate / Freelance Pass and Academic / Researcher Pass and Government Pass - These passes Include all content and all collocated events. Registrants must be pre-qualified to register with this pass; each type is limited in number. For non-corporate (freelancers, and others who are paying their own way), request a pass. For college and university staff and those working in research, request a pass. For representatives of government agencies, ministries, and public institutions, request a pass. Once you fill out the form, please email us at registration@OCXconf.org.
Discounts
Discounts are implemented via coupon codes, and are available for the following registrants. Discounts may not be combined.
- Sponsors: Please wait to register until you receive your Coupon Code via email. Choose Member Pass when using a Sponsor coupon code.
- Speakers: Full discounts are provided for the speaker and co-speaker listed on a talk. Choose Member Pass when using a Speaker coupon code. If you have submitted a talk, we recommend waiting to register until after you know the status of your submission.
- Press & Analysts: A limited number of free registrations are available for pre-qualified press — request a pass.
Group Discounts
Group discounts are available for five or more registrations from the same organisation. For more information, please email us.
