About Shipping Restrictions
Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.
You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.
Delivery Options
Depending on the type (such as flammable items), size and weight, some items are not eligible for certain delivery options. For more information, see the help pages below:
Shipping to Facilities
Items shipped by Amazon.co.jp cannot be shipped to the following addresses:
- P.O.Box
- Airport pickup desk
- Carriers' storage facility (except Yamato’s transportation centers)
Note:
If you want to send a package to a facility such as a hospital, we strongly suggest you contact the facility first to confirm that they accept deliveries and to note any special regulations it might have. To avoid delivery problems, you might want to consider having the items shipped to you first then shipping them to the facility.
