False Positive Report

Featured Replies

Hi Malwarebytes Team,

We are experiencing an ongoing issue that is negatively affecting our operations.

Our domain, freetp.org, has been flagged as containing a Trojan and blocked by Malwarebytes since July. This domain is essential to our project, and the block is resulting in disruption for legitimate users and some financial losses on our end.

We have thoroughly cleaned and audited the site:
– All outdated software and components have been updated
– No malware or riskware has been found in recent scans
– We have verified the site's cleanliness using tools such as VirusTotal, Sucuri SiteCheck, and Quttera

This appears to be a false positive, and we kindly request a re-evaluation of the domain. Our users continue to be affected, despite having the latest Malwarebytes updates installed.

Please let us know if you require additional information or evidence to support this request.

Thank you very much in advance for your assistance.
