    I got the credit card from emkan to give it a try since it was all digital. My experience was terrible! The first few days the card wouldn’t work at every merchant. Another major issue , is when i tried to make payment. The application gives you three choices. Apple pay , credit card , or urpay. I tried apple pay and CC , it wouldn’t work ! After trying multiple accounts, i called Emkan Customer service who simply said , its from the account you are trying to pay with, which I discovered after talking to my bank that it wasn’t , it was from Emkan system. Long story short, i ended emailing Emkan to get their Iban info and placed a wire. It took them 11 days to clear the balance when they actually received my wire the following day. Very unprofessional and seems like they dont have a good structure and systems in place.It is almost that they don’t want you to pay your full balance so they can make money off of you.
