Xian Wu, the founder of JK PATROL SVC, a private security company, violently assaulted several protesters who were demonstrating against the Chinese Communist Party outside the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles. Multiple victims were hospitalized. Promotional materials from JK PATROL SVC show that the company is fully equipped with weapons and operates multiple vehicles that mimic local police units.
