I received the same email a couple of months ago, I had the same doubt as you and I asked Kroll directly about the email address, they confirmed that it was legitimate.
Did you receive your payment since?
No, zero, nothing.
I received a payment from them in my PayPal account. I called the toll free number yesterday and spoke to someone and they said that I had an account with blockfi and I was owed the money. I think I'll let it sit in PayPal for a few months to make sure nothing scammy happens

Any thoughts on member@surveymonkeyuser.com ? I also got 2 from this address yesterday with a 24 hour action item.

I got a mail from member@surveymonkeyuser.com in disguise of administration@documents.ssa.gov.foerderverein-moewa.de about a social security document. Since I am not american it is %99.8 a scam
