Masanobu, originally from Kyoto, Japan, is a self-taught animator who graduated from Digital Hollywood University in Tokyo in 2006. He began freelancing as an animator in 2010, pursuing his passion for the craft. Masanobu developed his unique style, inspired by his personal projects focused on metamorphosis and fluid motions set in an unlikely reality. Since then, he has been responsible for several animations for commercial brands and has created many standout pieces that integrate animation with advertising campaigns. His work transcends borders, including collaborations with artists like Battles, Flying Lotus, Stephanie Gilmore, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
