Thank you for your response.
We understand your reference to the Executive Order and the broader discussion surrounding free speech and government censorship. However, Epik is a private company and not a government entity. The Executive Order you referenced addresses actions taken by the Federal Government and does not restrict the ability of private companies to enforce their own Terms of Service or acceptable use policies.
The issue in this case is not lawful speech or disagreement over moderation of controversial opinions. The material identified on domains within your account involved illegal content depicting animal cruelty, which is prohibited under U.S. law and explicitly forbidden under Epik’s Terms of Service. Content that violates criminal law is not protected speech.
While we recognize that your platforms contain large volumes of user-generated content, the number of users or posts on a platform does not change the responsibility of the domain operator. Operators of user-generated platforms are expected to implement and enforce reasonable moderation practices, particularly when illegal content is reported or discovered. The presence of such material on domains under your control constitutes a violation of the policies agreed to when registering and maintaining services with Epik.
For these reasons, the actions outlined in our previous notice remain in effect.
As previously stated, you may transfer any remaining domains from your account prior to 0500 PST on Monday, March 9, 2026 using the authorization code provided in the prior notice.

We received a formal complaint regarding bbspink.com for hosting animal cruelty content. Upon investigation, we confirmed the presence of this illegal and deeply harmful material on your domain. Further review of your account revealed identical violations on a second domain, 5ch.net.
Please see the attached evidence, which includes screenshots of the video links and titles found on your domains. We will not be providing copies of the content itself, as it is deeply disturbing and illegal.

While we recognize that as a domain owner you may not directly author content posted on user-generated platforms, however, you bear full responsibility for content moderation. When notified of illegal content appearing on domains under your control, you have a legal obligation to disrupt, remove, and report it to appropriate authorities. This standard moderation responsibility appears to not have been met.
All remaining domains in your account may be transferred out by 0500 PST Monday, March 9, 2026 using the following auth code:br549 You must initiate transfers immediately, as your account access will be blocked.
Any domain remaining with us by that date will be suspended until such time as it is transferred or expires.
