News regarding system failure caused by cyberattack at our subsidiary (Third report)
On January 22, 2026, we announced that our subsidiary, SINCERE Corporation(hereinafter, "Sincere"), experienced a system failure due to a cyber attack.
Since then, Cynthia has been working to restore operations. Please refer to this page for an update on the current status of restoration.

This incident occurred at Sincere, a subsidiary of our group, and as the systems of our group companies are not integrated, the scope of the impact is limited to Sincere. At this time, no similar damage has been confirmed in the systems of RENATUS Co., Ltd. Inc. or other Group Companies.
