I have peripheral neuropathy that was caused after back surgery 10 years ago to repair my sciatica problem, has anyone had success or heard anything good about methylene blue to treat neuropathy or any other benefits of it?

I quite like it, its very good for depression, when the glums come to live with me i drink a few drops mixed with orange juice and the glums dissolve like the morning dew on a host of golden daffodils.
On my physical problems, not so much.
Upvote for very good poetic metaphor.
Loved " like the morning dew on a host of golden daffodils "
May want to look into DMSO.
I watched this video (long) that is a bit against to cautious about methylene blue https://substack.com/@truthforhealth/note/p-165273529?r=29b41u
I listen to interview about people on a ketogenic diet, mostly carnivore. This issue is mentioned quite a bit and it is amazing how much it helps.
So people on carnivore diet develop neuropathy?
I have heard that doing a detox before starting helps. Supposed to make it work as intended. Might be worth getting some guidance on doing that. Also to confirm what I heard. Not many docs work with it.
I have neuropathy too, dr says it's an unknown case like 50% of the dx. I did use some powdered capsule MB but saw no difference in my neuropathy. I did, however, see a big difference in my joint pain, almost non-existent. I have another bottle on order, going to see if an extended period will help with the neuropathy but really counting on the joint pain relief in my left knee. Also, I believe my neuropathy was caused by a vax I had in the 90s, had the neuropathy develop around the same time, from the aluminum or mercury additive.
Not me, but a very close friend. She swears by it.
She also says to be aware that your toilet may stain blue.
And do pills, not liquids (mess).
Pee is a beautiful emerald green…. If you take a vitamin b complex it becomes more fluorescent. 😉 Staining I haven’t seen.
I took it for a month and didn't notice a difference.
I have diabetic neuropathy, and I take about twenty five drops a day. I don't take it for the neuropathy, and I haven't really noticed any affect on the neuropathy.
I take it because it is supposed to help prevent Alzheimer's. I haven't really been able to see any affect on that issue either, but then I have no baseline for comparison.
I've been reading that Alzheimers might be caused by a poor diet rich in sugars and carbs. Ditch the sugary snacks and potato chips and it might even help the condition to reverse.
Google search Dr jack Kruse, he uses it and explains the many benefits of taking it. It is great for nerve repair
ALA is worth a shot for neuropathy. I’ve taken MB twice a day at ten drops each time for the last months. Biopharma on Amazon is the brand. They recently stopped selling it in glass but I’m ok with that I transfer it to the original bottle.
My wife has the exact same situation as you. After back surgery it seemed as though she had traded the old set of pains for a new group of nerve pain maladies. We have been to multiple Dr's over the years and not one of them could offer anything that helped. She finally announced she thought it might originating in her hips. So we went to a bone doctor, I always tag along. He recommended hip replacement surgery. She was seriously considering it. I tried talking her out of it, but she was motivated by the hope of a solution. It looked like she would allow this to actually happen. That is when I saw an ad for a new product from the Wellness Center that is methalene blue based. I started rubbing it on every night and morning. She knew she has less pain the next day. After two weeks she called the hip Dr and canceled. We have been using this product and DMSO immediately after for about 2 months now. She can get out chairs without any assistance now, she drives again, and she is actually considering going with me on morning walks. I cannot stress what life changing, game changer this has been.
