ELLENA George hoped sharing details of her battle with psoriasis online would help others with the condition – but she never expected the cruel comments from trolls.

The severity of the 37-year-old’s condition means she sheds skin flakes that she has to hoover up on a daily basis, and she avoids wearing black or tying her hair up.
