@TheEdVerse Hi there! I'm wondering if you can shed light on something that happened a while back in the timeline. In 1179 DR, malaugrym attacked Arunsun (later Blackstaff) Tower and were held off by a number of powerful wizards. I can't find which novel this event is (1/3)

So far as I know, this is only alluded to in sourcebooks (like The Grand History of the Realms) and in the novels Blackstaff and its sequel by @StevenESchend, rather than being portrayed directly in prose. Steven?

I just read them over the weekend and I don't think that I remember this scene being included. I could be wrong; I did read them rather quickly (couldn't put them down).

...Then I'd say it's not in "direct prose" at all. There is the 2e sourcebook Cloak & Dagger, too...
