Teenage Mutant Skull Fuckers is a shock film directed by James Unsworth and released on July 6th, 2012, based on his explicit drawings.
The video depicts four people cosplaying as the title characters from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles while the theme song of the franchise plays. Their costumes are made out of green plastic and have googly eyes, big mouths and fake gigantic penises while eating pizzas and reading pornographic books. After ten seconds, three of them begin beating the man dressed as Leonardo while being repeatedly stabbed with a knife before Raphael stabs him in the penis. This is then followed by another scene in which they shove a long stick into his anus before they attempt to slit his throat and brutally pull it out. It cuts to the final scene: three of them start ejaculating the corpse with fake semen. It had a YouTube mirror uploaded in the same year, which was deleted after accumulating 100,000 views[1].
Purpose
Unsworth explained his motive for creating the video:

I thought the most unlikely combination of things would be Ninja Turtles and sex, but I was amazed to find that Ninja Turtle / fiction and erotica exists. In a way, the show is a celebration of variety, but it's mostly drawings of Ninja Turtles fucking dead people. | ” |
Instead of maintaining peace and harmony under the instructions of an anthropomorphic rat, Leo, Donny, Raph, and Mikey copulate with corpses and indulge in pills, pizza and pornography. On that tediously passé subject of taboo, he noted:

James Unsworth's Lawsuit
In the midst of Teenage Mutant Skull Fuckers' popularity, Viacom (currently Paramount Skydance) sued James three times for copyright infringement, leading to his YouTube channel being deleted. They also ordered him to cease selling his explicit TMNT drawings[2].
