China is massively supplying drones to Russia via Thailand, — Bloomberg
In 2025, Thailand's drone exports to Russia reached $125 million (88% of total Thai drone exports).
By comparison, in 2022, this figure was almost zero.
One of the key players is Skyhub Technologies. Registered as a car rental company, it has an empty office in Bangkok but is the second-largest importer of drones from China. Thailand is buying EVO Max 4T drones, which the occupying forces describe as effective in combat.
The Thai government states that such trade is "perfectly legal" because drones are considered dual-use goods and there are currently no specific laws preventing their re-export to Russia.
