Package Features (Domestic Flights)

*What is Underseat Bag?

It is the item that is under the passenger's own responsibility and carried free of charge in the passenger cabin in line with the cabin baggage allowance. Regardless of the flight class and card status, the items in the table above are considered as “Underseat Bag” and are carried free of charge provided that they are one (1) piece. If the size and/or weight of Underseat Bag reach the Underseat Bag limits, they are accepted as cabin baggage.

As a Underseat Bag, your bag must be 1 piece, weigh 4 kg and be 40x30x15 cm in size.

Items Considered Underseat Bag:

• Male/Female handbag,

• Small video camera or camera,

• Pushchair - Bassinet, etc.,

• Tablet,

• Laptop,

• Umbrella (except pointed ones)

(1) If the flight is less than 24 hours away, catering loading orders cannot be taken due to operational reasons. Therefore, the Premium package offered less than 24 hours before the flight does not include sandwich service. Premium package without catering is more affordable. If the passenger wants to change to a different flight with a duration of less than 24 hours, the bundle catering sandwich cannot be loaded on the new flight.

Package Features (International Direct and Connecting Flights)

For connecting flights via Türkiye (excluding Northern Cyprus) where both departure and arrival airports are located abroad, the free baggage allowance is determined by the lowest baggage allowance among the flight segments included in the purchased package.
Example:
For a Premium package on the route IKA–SAW–CPH, the free baggage allowance applies as follows:
IKA–SAW: 25 kg
SAW–CPH: 25 kg

Free Baggage Allowance (1)

Free Baggage Allowance for passengers traveling to/from Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Uzbekistan, Romania, Russia, and Serbia.

Free Baggage Allowance (2)

Applies to the following passengers:

a. Travelers traveling to Istanbul or connecting to Istanbul:
Passengers with a roundtrip ticket originating in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

b. Travelers traveling to or via Ankara:
Passengers with roundtrip tickets originating in Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Free Baggage Allowance (3)

Applies to the passengers traveling from and to the following countries:

Jordan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Iran (IKA), Kuwait, Lebanon, Egypt (HRG/SSH), Saudi Arabia and Syria (DAM, ALP).

Free Baggage Allowance (4)

This covers the Free Baggage Allowance for passengers traveling to/from Cairo (CAI).

Catering

Free Ticket Change and Cancellation Within 24 Hours
For tickets purchased through AJet, changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase, provided they meet the time conditions specified below, can be made once, free of charge (any differences in base fare and taxes will be charged). This policy applies to tickets purchased via AJet.com or the AJet Mobile application.

Important Notes:

• The conditions stated above do not apply to group ticket transactions.

• For tickets purchased with installment payment method, the installment fee will be reflected as a penalty amount in case of cancellation.

• If the channel through which the ticket is purchased is different, the rules to be applied may vary.

• If there is a change in fee and tax amounts during the change, the difference will be charged to the passenger.

Fare Rules (Domestic Flights)

(1) In case of change transactions, any difference in the basic seat fare and taxes will be charged. In case of a change from the original basic seat fare level to a lower fare level, the fare difference is non-refundable. For all packages where changes are allowed, the ticketing service fee is charged by all sales channels (WEB/MOBILE). If there is a package fee difference, a refund or collection will be made. In reissue transactions, the passenger can either choose the same package or upgrade to higher package.

(2) Taxes collected on the original ticket and not to be used on the new ticket are refunded; all other fees are recalculated, and the change is made.

(3) V, P, W, U, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 fare classes: Any unused airport taxes from the original ticket will be refunded, and all other fare amounts will be recalculated. In addition, penalty fees specified in the table will be applied to the recalculated fare, depending on the remaining time prior to departure.

(4) In the pre-flight refund process, the YR tax cannot be refunded if the deducted penalty amount is more than the basic seat fare amount.

(5) Only unused airport taxes are refunded.

(6) In V,P,W,U,5,6,7,8,9 fare classes, only unused airport taxes are refunded.

(7) Fees and taxes other than the transaction fee are refundable. If the transaction cost is higher than the basic seat fare, only unused airport taxes will be refunded.

*Penalty fees are applied on a flight basis. (For connecting flights, a separate penalty fee is applied for each flight segment.)

For all packages where changes are allowed, no transaction fee is charged on online channels. TL 150 ticketing service charge is collected at the call center.

AJet offers special discounts to students, military personnel, veterans/disabled/martyr families, and passengers with disabilities.
