I think the following is a really good analogy for our situation.
In order to better understand it, have a look at this realistic analogy. Imagine animals were able to communicate with each other (they probably are able to communicate with each other in their own way). So let's say a cow inside a farm has a baby. This baby grows up. But the thing is, the baby was born inside the farm, not outside it. Same thing with all the other animals on that farm. So these animals have never actually tasted freedom, and they are under the impression that they are free because this farm is all they've ever known. In other words: enslavement is actually their perception of what freedom is like, simply because they have nothing else to compare their existence with.
The baby grows up and at some point asks: "what's the purpose of life?"
The other animals, who are also as unaware as the baby since they too, were born inside the farm, then tell the baby cow that the purpose of life is to "be happy", "to play a game", "enjoyment", "to procreate and die", "to play", "to evolve". Basically, each animal has a different interpretation of what life is about. Why do these different animals have different interpretations? It could be because other cows before them told them their own interpretations and they adopted those views. Or it could be that this is simply what their imagination came up with in order to make sense of their existence.
The truth:
None of the animals have correct interpretations of reality. Why? Because when you are born inside a farm and you never go outside it, not even for a second (remember, the farm yard where they occasionally go is also part of their farm/prison), then you may be under the impression that this is what freedom looks like. You may perceive enslavement as normal. So what's the purpose of life for these animals? The purpose of their life is to be farmed by a different species. But they do not have the level of awareness that allows them to understand this. The farmers may also act nice towards them or at worst neutral. They see that the farmers provided them shelter. The farmers provided water. The farmers provided food. So not only do they think they are free, but they also think that the very beings who have enslaved them in order to farm them are their caretakers. They might even see them as "their saviours", or even as "loving Gods".
The similarities between our situation and the situation of these farmed animals:
-
Both the animals and humans have been born inside the farm/prison, and without anything else to compare it to, both groups may think that this is what freedom looks like.
-
Both the farmed animals and humans have a wrong interpretation of reality. They do not understand they have been enslaved by a different species, but they may lie to themselves and say that "life is about being happy", "life is about playing a game", "life is about evolution", "life is about enjoyment", etc. In our case, humans are also heavily influenced by religious and New Age beliefs.
-
Both the animals and humans are under the impression that the beings who are our farmers (but whom we are unaware of) are our caretakers or our "loving Gods". In reality, they are neither loving nor Gods. They are a different species of beings who have enslaved and imprisoned us because they want to feed off of us. That's it. But the farmed animals will not understand this because of the lies they tell themselves about life being something else, and because other animals before them lied to them about the reason they are in the farm.
-
Animals are sometimes able to go outside their farm, into the farm yard. However he farm yard is also part of their prison. Humans are sometimes able to go outside their farm, into the astral realm. However the astral realm is also part of their prison.
As a result:
Both groups are enslaved, both groups are unaware that they are enslaved, neither group is free, but both groups believe they are free because they have never experienced actual freedom somewhere else. So they think this is what freedom looks like. To make matters worse, we perceive our enslavers as "our saviours" or "loving Gods".
So now let's talk about the purpose of life for us humans:
Just like these farmed animals, different humans have different interpretations of life. These interpretations are shaped by what other humans before us told us life is about, and because we have been heavily influenced by religious as well as New Age beliefs.
But if you don't let yourself be influenced by those imposed and sometimes self-imposed perceptions, what do you see?
What you then see is this: The creator of this place, God, created a world based on survival. Which means it is based on pain and suffering. Why? Because every being here must attack, kill, and eat another being every single day, everywhere around the world. Nothing and no one can escape this because the creator of our physical bodies made everyone here require food regularly in order to continue living. This ensures that suffering on this planet will go on forever for all living beings. Therefore, the only way to put an end to this kill or be killed eat or be eaten based realm, is to leave Earth and it's reincarnation cycle when our time comes, and hopefully make it to a better place where our essence is not enslaved in any way shape or form. A place where we are truly free and not bound by any rules and limitations.
If you then combine what we can observe with our own eyes + with the recent discoveries from the Epstein files about satanic pedophiles running the world + with what different alien abduction researchers and past life regressionists discovered which is that archonic entities use this place as a farm and us as the ones being farmed, you begin to see what is happening here:
-
These politicians who say they care about us don't really care at all. Just like farm animals, their so called caretakers don't care about their wellbeing, they only care about exploiting them.
-
Who we call God is not our saviour or a loving God, but our enslaver. This place acts both as a farm and as a prison. Because of their skewed perceptions, most humans even bow down and pray to their enslavers, under the impression that these beings care about us and love us dearly.
Now, even without getting into any of that metaphysical evidence, we can already see (some of us anyway) that we are enslaved financially. So we are being enslaved in more ways than one. Wage slavery is real. Most people are forced to sell the majority of their time and energy just to survive. If you stop working, you lose access to food, shelter, healthcare. Money is a mechanism that keeps people dependent on the system. It keeps us busy, exhausted, distracted, and constantly worried about survival. We've basically been enslaved in a system where survival itself is monetized. So the difference between us and the animals is that we don't just get farmed, we actively work and fund the very system that keeps us enslaved. Many people, believe it or not, perceive this way of life as "normal" or "what is supposed to be".
So no matter what, we have been 100% enslaved one way or another.
As long as we are inside these physical bodies and we do not even temporarily get to experience what life is like in other realms or dimensions where beings are not enslaved energetically, physically or financially and are not born inside farms, we have nothing to compare our experience on Earth to. And that leads us to believe we are free when we are far from it.
Yes.
Eve Lorgen, hypnotherapist and alien abduction researcher:
"Alien induced obsession dramas may occur in the aftermath of abductions in which* the sexual energy has been spirited away and diverted to alien use. The experiments and probes used in many of the cases may even be designed for the harvesting of emotional, sexual, and creative energy."
"The alien lust for human energy, both pain and pleasure, and the methods they employ, strangely echo Tantric Buddhist and ancient Hindu sex practices."
And here's a video of her talking about this: Hypnotherapist Eve Lorgen talks about Reptilian attachments and Reptilians extracting sexual energy from people using advanced inter-dimensional technology.
There's no way God is good or loving. I made a post explaining what made me lose all my trust in all mainstream religions, why I believe in the prison planet theory and why God is evil. Check out that post or at least some of the arguments i made:
What does this all show? It shows that it really doesn't matter what people from my country claim God is like, and it really doesn't matter what people from your country claim God is like. Every culture has a different opinion, therefore, it is impossible to know what God is really like based on people's opinions. Period.
The only way we can get an idea of what God is like is by observing God's actions. And what better way to do that than by observing God's creation? What do God's actions reveal about who God is?
Look at the world. God's actions show a system built on suffering, predation, and exploitation. Every living being survives by consuming another, and in most cases, this happens violently. Humans, animals, and insects all must attack, kill and eat another living being in order to survive.
Mainstream religions try to cover this up with promises of salvation, offering hope and moral guidance that contradict what we actually see in the world. Their stories shift constantly with time and culture, changing from century to century and place to place. But the core reality remains the same: this world is built on survival, predation, and suffering. That is why I find the prison planet theory and Gnosticism the most compelling: they reflect the consistent truth we can observe for ourselves. And when you also examine the metaphysical evidence, this conclusion only becomes clearer.
The world itself shows that the being who created it either has no empathy at best or is extremely malevolent and sadistic at worst. All religions try to hide this truth. Covering the prison walls with beautiful stories will not change reality. Every living being is placed in a system where they must kill or be killed to survive. The amount of suffering that every creature on this planet is subjected to is overwhelming, and it is built into the very design of existence itself. A being who creates a world like this is not only unworthy of worship, but they deserve condemnation from everyone. By designing life in such a cruel and violent way, God shows himself to be the opposite of good.
Another confirmation that the New Age movement was actually created by them, through their people. Let's see: You were absolutely convinced that the "veil is coming down soon because we just entered the age of aquarius", that "our memories are about to come back" and even that "earth will be a paradise soon, especially if we believe it hard enough" (what else was it that you said?). Same type of nonsense new agers believe. None of that will happen. These guys are just making a mockery of you. If you look into NDEs you'll see the same pattern, near death experiencers (who did go out of their body temporarily) preaching the exact same thing, fully convinced it was true, because "that's what these so called evolved beings told them". New Agers, NDErs and astral travellers are basically being fed the same BS from the same source and not only do they not question what they're told, but they also start preaching it to others and trying to make them believe the same nonsense. But at least you're one of the very few who eventually realized you were being tricked, so there's that.
Hehe yep, that was my post. Crazy that someone still remembers, it's been a few years. I'm sorry about your uncle, losing a family memeber is never easy, so i'm glad my post helped you get through that night a little easier.
That being said, I'll be honest with you: personally i don't see experiences like that as proof of a benevolent entity guiding someone. I just checked and that post of mine on r/conspiracy got over 1.6 million views. That same post in this sub, has over 2.8 million views. So, think about it logically: when a post reaches a large number of people like mine did, statistically it's going to align with significant moments in some people's lives. For you, it happened to coincide with your uncle's passing. For someone else, it might line up with the birth of a child, a breakup, a crisis, or some other major event. When millions of people are exposed to the same information, timing alone can make it feel deeply personal or orchestrated. As humans we naturally look for patterns and meaning in events. I've done it too. For years i thought seeing 11:11 all the time meant something significant for me, but eventually i realized it was just my mind attaching meaning to something neutral. So it might seem like a boring answer but personally, i do not think this is a sign of a benevolent entity helping you find that post.
The reason they don't do that is because open enslavement would raise too many questions. If the masses clearly saw what was happening they would start to realize they're being played and that being here is not actually for their benefit. That realization would push people to question the system itself and eventually try to break out of the reincarnation cycle. As a result, their source of energy would be gone and that's the last thing they want. Secrecy is way more effective and important to them. If people believe they are here to "evolve" or "learn lessons" they may even willingly choose to come back, thinking it serves their growth, when in reality it doesn't.
I just want to make myself perfectly clear and leave no room for confusion, because i'm aware that most people refer to them as "the elite". But I do agree that they have all these traits you mentioned. If i called them something else some would be like "wait who are you talking about exactly"? So i chose to use that word because most people understand who i'm referring to.
Intro
If you look at how power operates in the physical world, it is always layered and hierarchical. The people at the top of visible institutions are not the ones doing the dirty work directly. They dictate to those below them while staying comfortable in the shadows. They do not get their hands dirty themselves, they tell others to do it for them.
In this realm, at the very top of the pyramid sits the Demiurge, the god of this world. Right below are the NHIs, archons, the demiurgic forces like the Reptilians, Mantis beings and Greys. They rarely interact with humans directly.
As scientist, professor and alien abduction researcher discovered after making more than 40 years of research into various fields, various ET races such as the Reptilians and the Mantis beings have different models of Grey aliens that they use to carry out tasks in the physical world, which is why the Greys slightly vary in size and appearance. This is also why different experiencers recall being abducted by smaller looking Greys, while others recall being abducted by bigger looking Greys. The Greys are not sentient beings but biological robots that are being used to carry out certain missions, including kidnappings of humans which are taken inside their advanced UFOs or laboratories.
So an overly simplified way to explain the hierarchy is like this: God (Demiurge) -> NHIs: Reptilians & Mantis beings -> Greys -> the human elites -> banks & institutions -> the general population. Ofcourse, there are other ET races, but these are the main players in our reality. There are also some other layers in between.
The New Age movement highjacked the collective perception
The New Age movement has hijacked public perception in an attempt to make people blame themselves instead of addressing the real issue, which is the third party involved, namely aliens. I will give you a clear example of what they do.
When we refer to "archons" on this sub, what are we actually talking about? "Archon" is an umbrella term that refers to various types of ETs such as Greys, Mantis beings or Insectoids, Reptilians, and others.
Greys, for example, have reportedly been abducting people worldwide for a very long time. These people describe being physically abducted and taken inside UFOs or ET laboratories.
The New Age movement teaches experiencers to ignore what is happening to them and instead look at it as something that is their own fault. Rather than addressing the issue directly, the New Age narrative programs people to believe that archons are just "our shadows" that we need to confront, "our fears" that we need to heal, "our egos" that we need to overcome, or that these beings are even "metaphors" for something else.
There are people who have been physically abducted and who remember their experiences either in full detail or in fragments. In some cases, they even report returning with implants in their bodies. Sometimes abductees can remember parts of the event on their own, but in many cases they cannot, so many of them manage to retrieve memories through hypnotherapy. According to these accounts, they were physically abducted by physical beings and taken inside physical crafts. From that perspective, this suggests that archons are not just "our fears" but real beings made of flesh and blood, just like you and I.
Do you really think these people were physically abducted by "their own shadows", "their egos", "their fears" or by some kind of "metaphor"? The same applies to Reptilians and Mantis beings, which often come up in past life regression and remote viewing sessions. They are not "our fears", "our shadows", "our egos" or "metaphors" but real beings, just like you and I.
Saying these beings are merely metaphors or psychological projections is like telling the animals on Earth, the ones we enslave, farm, and kill, that humans are not real. It would be like saying to them that humans do not exist and that humans are simply "their fears", "their shadows", "their egos" or "metaphors". It could not be more misleading, but if there is one thing that characterizes the New Age movement, it is the distortion and misdirection of information.
As many alien abduction researchers and hypnotherapists such as , , , , or discovered through their work, these beings are real and have been manipulating humanity for a very long time. The last thing these beings are is symbolic or imaginary or some type of emotion.
In order to protect themselves, these aliens, through their human elites (remember, the control is hierarchical) created and promote the New Age movement to shield themselves from blame and redirect that blame back onto human beings. The so called "love and light" New Age movement has millions of followers worldwide. When people try to speak about their experiences, these followers, having gone through the programming themselves, then pass that programming on to real experiencers. They push the same ideas I mentioned earlier and shift all the blame onto the abductee, resulting in gaslighting, confusion, self doubt, guilt, shame, and a complete dismissal of what that person actually went through. Like that wasn't enough the New Age teaches people that these beings are our "saviours", "protectors", or that they are even here to "help us evolve".
As hypnotherapist Eve Lorgen :
No one has focused solely on the modus operandi of alien manipulated relationships. "What the heck is going on here?" I asked myself. "Why is not anyone studying the victims as if they are telling the truth? And why are not other researchers in the UFO field paying attention to the most important aspect of human lives--our love relationships?" Has professional peer pressure and outright mind control prevented us from feeling safe enough to just tell the truth?" In either case, the alien--or whoever is acting behind its image--is serious, and not as mirthful as the "Hippies" and New Age channelers have led us to believe"
"This information may come as an unwelcome shock to those who prefer the benevolent extraterrestrial theory. I am sorry to strike a negative tone here, my Uncle was at Woodstock too, but frankly, I think many UFO enthusiasts are naive dreamers. My data shows the aliens to be, if not fully self-serving, then at least conducting themselves with depraved indifference. My data may push some "hot buttons" in the UFO, New Age and academic communities, but I must be true to my findings".
The New Age programming makes the abductee doubt themselves. Any hint or clue suggesting that these beings might be negative is then dismissed as "fear-based" information. In some cases the abductees also develop Stockholm syndrome toward the very beings that abducted them, as Eve Lorgen says:
"After a series of abrupt and unplanned personality changes, the abductee in denial grows even more defensive, and, left unchecked, the defensiveness can grow into a downward spiral of dysfunctional behavior, even violence. The person then usually denies being abducted, then gradually switches to defending the aliens. If these symptomatic defenses remain unresolved, a "Stockholm syndrome" may result. In that case the contactee sings the praises of his or her captors, eg, extraterrestrials. Any negative alien abduction information is now seen as "fear-based" and anathema to ones's spiritual evolution"
Any attempt to expose these beings for what they are is dismissed as "fear-mongering" or "fear-based" information. Once again, the blame is shifted onto those who are trying to speak out. The New Age movement has effectively programmed people to defend the very manipulators and energy harvesters of this realm.
The Elites
There is an intermediary layer put in place to control the physical world. That is where the elites come in. By controlling this elite group, the Archons ultimately control the world we live in. Based on my research, here's what the controlling structure looks like:
Imagine a pyramid. At the very top of the pyramid is the God of this reality, the Demiurge and the Archons who are behind the creation of the human physical body and this hunt or be hunted kill or be killed eat or be eaten hell-ish reality.
The upper tier
You may ask, when i refer to them as 'the elites', who am i actually referring to? Well, once again, it's a hierarchy. And it's very compartmentalized. Those at the very very top of the pyramid, right below the Demiurge and Archons, can NOT be named because they do not wish to be known publicly, therefore they're not in the public eye. No one knows who they are, not even the lower tier elites.
The middle tier
However, the further down the hierarchy you go, the more public names start to appear. We are talking people like the Rockefellers, the Rothschilds families, the JP Morgans, etc. These are some of the most powerful elites in history, whose vast wealth and banking influence have allowed them to pull strings behind the scenes for centuries. The Rockefellers, for example, built their empire through oil and later shaped entire industries, using their resources to influence modern medicine, public health, and the education system. The Rothschilds created an international banking network that gave them leverage over governments and economies across Europe. JP Morgan rose as one of America's most influential bankers, controlling massive flows of capital and investments. These families are not just rich, they are power brokers with unlimited money, connections, and influence, quietly steering global systems while most of the world focuses on those way below them, like the visible politicians and corporations. There are many more elite families than what i've mentioned here, but these are some of the main ones.
It is no surprise that that the name "Rothschild" .
The lower tier
The hierarchy continues, those below the upper and middle tier of elites are the ones who are totally exposed to the human eye, we're talking people like Trump, the Clintons, the Bush family, the UK's royal family, billionaires like Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Zuckerberg, George Soros, Epstein, the presidents of the main powers of the world or important politicians such as Putin, Macron, Merkel, etc etc. Not every rich person or every politician is part of that elite circle. But the upper tier of people who consistently rise to positions of extreme influence across banking, intelligence, corporate power, media, military structures. The kinds of people who shape reality for billions while remaining largely untouched by consequences. The visible elites are not the final boss. They are middle management, think of them as the admins of this world.
Satanic rituals
For thousands of years on this planet, these rituals have taken place in order to please the Gods.
Most people cannot comprehend how the elites could be this evil. The reason they don't is because they don't look deep enough. These people have a VERY STRONG connection to the entities running the show behind the scenes. So 1) They enjoy what they're doing 2) More importantly, do it for their masters from beyond this physical reality 3) They are rewarded for their behaviour.
The purpose of the satanic ritual is to generate intense emotional energy from the victim. These people have been reincarnating back into the same bloodlines for thousands of years, they have been doing these type of rituals for a very long time, where they sacrifice people, including children or even animals because they get off of the pain they cause them AND because these archonic entities existing beyond what humans can normally perceive, get to feed on these low vibrational energies produced during such rituals, energies such as fear, pain, and trauma.
Allan Andre, a satanic ritual abuse survivor who has managed to escape after decades of abuse on many levels .
who talks shape-shifting Reptilians, politicians such as Hillary Clinton taking part in satanic rituals and more.
The Epstein files
The difference between "these prison planet theorists are crazy!" and "wow prison planet might be true" is research. You don't do research = you think it's crazy. You do research it = you realize it's correct. But remember, .
Let's have a look at what some of these emails tell us about the elites.
says:
"HI Rich, Jeffrey is asking if you can Fedex the painting he had made of the Massacre of the Innocents to the ranch. It's the large 9'x9' canvas that we had rolled out for him to see in the entry way where they are killing babies. He wants to use it on the ranch and is hoping you could Fedex it to arrive by Wednesday? Thanks..sarah"
, Jeffrey Epstein says:
"I was thinking of building an 80 foot high chair, to put on the top of the hill on my island. It should look like a chair for one of the gods to rest after he spent the six days working so hard"
These people, aside from abusing people, but especially children, also eat them.
Jeffrey Epstein says:
"no, some are like shrimp , you throw away the head and keep the body"
Btw they're not talking about actual shrimp or sea food. They use coded language throughout the emails, as you can see they say:
"as two are russian , i guess some might refer to them as white sharks"
More from the same email:
"The King of Saudi Arabia has a few white sharks in his at his Jeddah palace."
"I totally prefer yours. Sure I would enjoy the view."
"on my island in the caribean , with an aquarium full of girls"
And ofcourse let's not forget about which says:
"So the question is why? Why is paedophilia so all-pervading in these elite levels of human society? The answer is that entities operating beyond human sight which mentally and emotionally possess these people feed off human energy in general, but the energy they want more than anything is that of children before puberty.
"The hormonal changes that happen at puberty are only holographic expressions of deeper energetic changes and the entities want that energy before those change takes place. When the paedophile is having sex with the child the possessing entities are using the paedophile as a conduit to draw off the child's life-force".
"The bloodline-possessed are genetically and energetically stimulated to desire sex with children and when they get what they want the entities get what they want - the child's energy. This requires an endless supply of children to constantly repeat this process and this is where the Jimmy Saviles and Thomas Hamiltons come in".
"I see that I have written 5,500 words in this article and yet f could have written 30,000 and still not told the whole story of how Satanism and paedophilia are the foundation and connecting tissue of the global network of human suppression. People find it so hard to go there, or to accept what appears to be so fantastic, but if the Savile story continues to be pursued tenaciously, and with an open mind, it can open a doorway to expose the darkest of dark."
What came to light from the Epstein files is barely scratching the surface. We will NEVER find out about all the atrocities that took place and are still taking place today. However, we can try to research, share information and make more people aware, and hopefully, once enough people awaken, we can hopefully collectively decide that enough is enough and do something about it.
This is why prison planet theorists have been talking about escaping this place and the reincarnation cycle. Because this is not our real home, this is the world of the Demiurge and his Archons. The same Demiurge who created a world based on hunt or be hunted kill or be killed eat or be eaten. Baal, Moloch, Yaldabaoth, Satan, Demiurge, whatever you want to call them. This is the world they have created.
Check out this post, you'll find some info about this. Basically malevolent NHIs use technology to memory wipe the soul after death and their technology seems to be successful in 99.9% of cases, however there are rare incidents when some people still have some vague memories from their past lives, which shows that the memory wipe is not always perfect but it does the job in the vast majority of cases.
Astral projection = You leave your physical body and you travel through the astral dimension (which overlaps the physical dimension) which means you can go through house to house and spy on your neighbours unnoticed. You can go to other planets or dimensions. ETs with advanced technology and beings with certain natural capabilities can detect you.
Lucid dreaming = You are dreaming, and you are aware that you are dreaming, therefore you can manipulate your dream to be however you want it to be.
Bonus: Remote viewing = You are inside your body, but through a lot of practice you can perceive information and imagery, sound and smell of remote geographical targets, regardless of time and space. This is actually a natural ability, but it is very hard to do without training.
Tom Campbell has been distorting Monroe's findings for a long time. Some say he is a CIA plant meant to gatekeep Monroe's findings about loosh so that people don't find out the truth about this reality. He also says that "endless reincarnation is a good thing". The CIA also got involved with his the gateway tapes.
Here's Tom Campbell exposed by Forever Concious Research Channel:
Part 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okBQwc3sJpo
Karma is not real though. You need to be careful not to fall for this trap. So when it comes to escaping this place it doesn't matter if you "love people for good karma" or not. The concepts of karma and sin are perceptual traps. I refer to them as perceptual traps because these concepts are not objectively real laws, like gravity is for example. They are ideas that we've been indoctrinated with by the matrix, and once you accept them as real (which most people do), they got you. These concepts can only bite you in the butt if you believe in them. The matrix relies on your belief in its programming. And once you accept them, you're caught. Many religious people live their lives burdened by guilt and fear, convinced they've "sinned too much" and must somehow make up for it. Let's say you die and you're told you need to go back to solve your karma. Then you agree and go back because of the programming you went through on Earth. Ok, but in your next life, you will continue to make mistakes (sins/karma) and once again when you die you'll be told to go back because of your sins or karma. Mistakes are normal because we are not robots. So what's happening is you will be caught in the wheel of samsara forever if you believe in those concepts (which serve the matrix very well) because there will never ever be a life where you won't make mistakes and "accumulate karma" or "sin". I wrote a pretty big post about this if you want to check it out.
First, the person under hypnosis is not told what they are supposed to see. They are guided to observe and describe. When Calogero asks them to look at the "etheric DNA" or the true form of a being, he is not feeding them an image like "do you see a reptilian?" He asks neutral questions like "what do you perceive now?" or "does the appearance change if you look deeper?" That reduces suggestion as much as possible.
Second, what makes it compelling is not a single session, but the repeating pattern across many unrelated clients all over the world who do not know each other and often do not even share the same beliefs. Different people, different countries, different backgrounds, yet similar types of beings, similar deception tactics, similar emotional manipulation, and similar energetic interference in the person's life. One hypnosis session can be imagination. Maybe even 5 or 10. But thousands of them with the same theme start to look like data.
Imagination is personal and usually shaped by someone's beliefs/fears and/or expectations. What stands out in these cases is that many clients go in with totally different worldviews, some even skeptical, yet similar themes show up anyway. They often describe things they did not previously believe in or even feel uncomfortable accepting.
So, imagination can play a role in any inner experience not just regressive hypnosis. But the argument here is about probability. Is it more likely that thousands of unrelated people just happen to invent the same hidden mechanics and types of entities, or that they are perceiving a shared underlying structure of reality? That is why researchers who look at large numbers of regressions focus so much on the repeating patterns, not so much on individual stories.
What most people don't understand is that Robert Monroe is not the only reason the idea of humans being energetically harvested exists. He may have coined the term 'loosh', but the same concept of astral parasites/entities feeding off of our emotional states can be found throughout many other unrelated sources/materials. There are alien abduction researchers such as Karla Turner, Eve Lorgen or Corrado Malanga who all found that different types of ETs harvest us energetically. There are past life regressionists such as Calogero Grifasi, Tena & Karen, Truman Cash, who also found this to be the case after having worked with thousands of clients from all over the world. There's a group of remote viewers (Brett Stewart and his team) who discovered that we are being harvested for our energy. Different shamans from different parts of the world, such as Carlos Castaneda or Credo Mutwa have stated that humans are a food source for inter-dimensional beings. Gnosticism, specifically the Nag Hammadi texts speak about the Archons who use us as an energetic source. You can find links to all of these sources in the pinned posts of this sub. So whether Monroe specifically was right or wrong doesn't matter that much.
I wouldn't recommend Dolores Cannon or the Law of One material. Or channeled material in general. Check out the following posts: Dolores Cannon, Law of One.
Dr. Karla Turner: The alien abduction investigator who was murdered for exposing the truth about the alien agenda. She found that ETs are master manipulators who use advanced technology to pose as benevolent beings and that they exploit and manipulate humanity in the most horrible ways imaginable
I just checked and all of them work.
Well, based on the research of alien abduction investigator Dr. Karla Turner, some NHIs (commonly reported as Reptilian or Mantis beings) possess technology that can extract souls from physical bodies, insert them into other bodies, or even temporarily store them in 'containment devices' before determining what to do with them. I made a post going into her findings in more detail if anyone wants to look into it.
I don't trust that these spirits are who they say they are. Check out what Joe Fischer, an investigative journalist discovered about this. This is just a summary of his book but i've read this guy's book called "Hungry Ghosts" a couple years ago. It's a good thing you reminded me of it because i might make a post about it on this subreddit one day. Basically this guy researched this phenomenon for a long time and discovered that these "spirits" or "guides" are not who they claim to be, and they are in fact liars and deceivers. The past life regressions that i have researched confirmed this to be the case as well. I've seen many regressions where these so called "guides" or spirits are actually archonic beings/malevolent ETs in disguise, here's an example if you're curious. Basically they attach to humans like leeches and extract our energy without us being aware of it. The reason they want us to perceive them as our "watchers", "guides", "helpers" is so that we do not attempt to do anything about our situation to free ourselves from these beings and instead we let them continue to feed off of our energy.
The reason 99% of people fall for these lies is because they put blind faith in what they're being told and they don't do any kind of independent research to try to verify the information they think is the truth. The New Age movement contributes to this grand collective delusion as well because they constantly push the "benevolent guides" narrative and people always seem to put blind faith in this info because it's way easier to put blind faith in what they hear than take the time to do indepedent research to verify what they hear from others.
"i think i am still hesitant to fully accept these ideas, and i hope that is okay"
Of course that it's ok. And just to be clear, i am not asking you or anyone else to accept this. Especially not blindly. You had some questions so i am explaining to you why i personally consider the prison planet or loosh farm theory the most plausible based on the research i have done over more than 10 years. Everyone should do their own research and arrive at their own conclusions.
"from a skeptic point of view, doesnt this feel a bit irrational when read from the outside? i understand that it could be true, but possibility alone does not make it more solid than other explanations. when none of this can be directly measured or verified, it becomes unclear why this interpretation is treated as more grounded or realistic than other ways of understanding existence."
From the outside i understand why it could sound irrational. But almost every attempt to describe nonphysical reality sounds irrational when filtered through language and human concepts. The reason this interpretation is treated as more grounded here is because it is supported by recurring patterns across independent sources.
Possibility alone is not what gives it weight. Repetition is. When the same underlying mechanics appear across past life regressions, out of body accounts, alien abduction research, and ancient traditions that had no contact with each other, that shifts it from pure speculation into a working hypothesis.
As for it feeling "extremely human", i actually see that as a point in favor, not against it. We are not separate from this system. If this realm is hierarchical and predatory at every observable level, biological, psychological, ecological, it would be strange if that pattern suddenly disappeared at higher levels of reality. The assumption that advanced beings must transcend scarcity or extraction is just as much an assumption as the opposite.
Nonphysical does not automatically mean benevolent, efficient, or enlightened. Intelligence and morality are not the same thing. Predatory behavior does not vanish simply because something is more advanced. On Earth, the most intelligent species are often the most capable of exploitation, not the least.
Regarding efficiency, harvesting uneven emotional output may seem chaotic, but ecosystems themselves are chaotic and inefficient on the surface while remaining stable over long periods. Suffering, attachment, fear, and desire are not rare or accidental here. They are structurally baked into how this world functions. If emotional energy is the resource, then a world like Earth is exceptionally rich, not inefficient.
On the NDEs part:
This question about NDEs i already answered recently in another thread, i'll copy paste my answer from there here as well:
Personally, i don't put much trust in NDEs and it doesnt matter to me if they are positive or negative, mainly because the person who had the NDE didn't actually die, so we can't know for sure if what they experienced truly reflects the afterlife, so NDEs just aren't very useful if you ask me. That's one of the reasons I spent years studying past life regression instead. With past life regressions, you get insights into what happens to the soul inbetween lives, when the person did actually die. Not one, but many different past life regressionists, each working with a large number of clients from all over the world, have found that souls are manipulated or deceived in various ways on the other side in order to get them to reincarnate back into another physical body.
Now, someone might ask, "can we really trust that all the information from past life regressions is accurate"? And my answer would be no. The information that comes through people under hypnosis isn't always going to be 100% reliable, even regressionist Calogero Grifasi (whom i studied the most) has said this. He emphasizes the importance of identifying patterns, so when the same themes consistently emerge across people from different cultures, backgrounds, and parts of the world, it strongly increases the likelihood that those themes reflect something real. This is exactly what we see with the prison planet theory. Different regressionists from around the world, working independently with clients from many different backgrounds, have uncovered remarkably similar insights about the afterlife and the parasitic entities that manipulate/deceive souls on the other side. I wrote a detailed post on this if you want to check out these regressionists and their work (scroll down towards the end of the post and search for "Evidence #1: The perspective of past life regression hypnosis", i've listed many regressions there). So for me, past life regressions hold a lot more weight than NDEs because, unlike NDEs, they involve individuals who have fully crossed over. With NDEs, it's uncertain whether the experience truly reflects the afterlife or just a transitional or altered state.
First, welcome to the sub! i'll provide you with some answers.

About loosh being "undetectable" and therefore "mythology"
Loosh is just a word. What we really mean by 'loosh harvesting' is energy harvesting. It is not meant to be a scientific unit you can measure with a device. It is a label for something we already observe everywhere in nature: life feeding on life. Humans eat animals. Animals eat each other. Plants feed on decay and sunlight. Parasites feed on hosts. In this realm energy extraction is not hypothetical, it is not a "theory", it is actually the dominant structure of this realm and this can be easily observed everywhere you look.
Now scale that up. If consciousness is fundamental and not limited to biology, there is no reason to assume this feeding hierarchy suddenly stops at the human level. If anything, humans sit in the middle of the food chain, not the top of it.
What makes the concept of loosh harvesting (in this case humans being energetically harvested by inter-dimensional beings) different from mythology is not that it is "proven" in a lab, but that the same structure shows up again and again across independent sources: past life regressions, out of body experiences (especially robert monroe's), alien abduction research, gnostic texts, etc. Different cultures, different eras, no contact with each other, yet the same mechanics keep repeating. That is pattern-based data. In other words: we already have proof that this realm operates on predation, one being surviving by consuming another. We see it everywhere in nature, biologically and energetically. When you combine that observable structure with consistent reports from many independent sources pointing to nonhuman entities feeding on emotional or energetic output that humans generate, it is not a stretch of imagination to think that this may be the case with humans and NHIs. It is an extension of an already demonstrated pattern applied at another layer of reality.
2) Why would advanced entities need emotional energy from humans?
Because advancement does not automatically mean self-sufficiency.
We already see this with humans. A technologically advanced society still needs food, labor, attention, money, and psychological compliance. Many people who appear powerful are actually deeply dependent on others for validation, control, or emotional regulation.
Now imagine non-physical entities that are no longer biologically embodied. They may not need food as we do, but they still need some form of fuel or stabilization. Emotion is structured consciousness. Fear, grief, desire, and attachment are intense, coherent states. If an entity can interface with that, it becomes a resource.
You can think of it like this: a battery does not care what produces the electricity, only that it flows. Humans generate massive emotional charge through suffering, bonding, hope, loss, etc. That does not mean these entities are gods, but that they are using us the same way we are using the animals here on Earth. We also feed off of energy, just like they do, but in our case it is physical energy because we are inside physical bodies.
3) About your "game we chose to play" idea
The difference is that your theory is based on imagination. Anyone can come up with an unlimited number of imagination based stories about why we are here, but those do not get us anywhere unless they are grounded in something outside personal speculation. The prison planet/loosh farm theory is not built on imagination, but on recurring patterns reported across many independent sources that point toward the same possibility.
The prison planet theory did not start as an idea someone liked, like the "movie"/"game" theory. It emerged because thousands of regression subjects, under controlled hypnosis, independently reported the same sequence: death, confusion, encounter with authoritative beings, emotional manipulation, memory wiping or pressured reincarnation. This was also confirmed to be happening by remote viewers from two different remote viewing groups. Many NDEs show this to be the case as well.
If this were a voluntary game, there would be no need for memory wipes, deception, coercion, or false authority figures. You do not erase a players memory unless you want to limit their agency.
Also, the movie analogy breaks down when you include extreme suffering. Starvation, child abuse, disease, war, torture. These are not "interesting plot twists". They permanently fracture consciousness. No sane, free, infinite being would need to forget who they are to enjoy a story, and they certainly would not need to be convinced they deserve suffering.
Based on their work with their clients, these past life regressionists discovered that by reincarnating in this realm, souls are degrading, NOT growing like we're told, because of the repeated traumas that we go through lifetime after lifetime.
All of this means there is a real difference between a comforting narrative (often based on imagination) and one that emerges from uncomfortable patterns people did not want to see.
No sin no karma. These are perceptual traps used against us and they will only work if you believe in them (which most people do). Check out my post about this.
Being good or loving does not mean you are outside of the system. In fact, it can actually help keep the system stable.
Based on their work with clients, these past life regressionists discovered that many people who have NDEs come back and become unaware propagandists for the system. So while they may "turn their lives around and do good" what actually happens is that they start promoting the same belief system that keeps souls cycling through the same control structure. Their stories reinforce obedience to the light, trust in external saviours/authority, and acceptance of reincarnation as something positive rather than a trap. In other words, their transformation serves the system by strengthening its narrative, not by exposing it.
What the past life regressionist said in this interview:
"See this is a thing about NDEs too is that nobody dies by accident here. It is all orchestrated and so these NDEs are being orchestrated by these beings for the propaganda. They're not just like oh this person died so let me introduce them to this propaganda that they can bring back, no, they're controlling the whole death process too, like that doesn't happen by accident, that's all part of the orchestration and what they're doing is they're orchestrating that to introduce this propaganda to make everybody believe that 'Earth is you know such a great place to be' and 'go to the light' and 'it's so beautiful over there' and all of this kind of stuff".
Some resources for those who are new here:
-
Researcher and regressionist Calogero Grifasi investigates 'spirit guides' and discovers that they are archonic beings in disguise. These beings do everything in their power to make sure we don't find out the truth about them and that people continue to see them as 'benevolent guides'.
-
Another researcher and regressionist also discovers that the Archons masquerade as spirit guides and that they are very deceptive and manipulative.
These beings take advantage of humans and feed off of our energy, so the fact that they attack people and the theories exposing them makes perfect sense. Secrecy benefits them.
Well these accounts come from people who are likely into New Age but chakras are real and the astral spider beings they're seeing are also real, they are a type of archonic beings. Here's a past life regression that i remember watching from the regressionist i studied the most, the client is a boy who gets visited by these shadow beings at night. You'll see what they want from him, where they come from, and how Calogero Grifasi, the regressionist, helps the client get rid of these parasitic beings.
Archonic entities, in this case astral spiders. They are there to feed off of your energy but few people can actually see them.
Here's some accounts from Wayne Bush's website:
Account 1:
"Astral spiders experiences are common. If you have a vision, a dream, or some insight into these so called etheric spiders you are not going crazy. Far from it. You are seeing something real.
In fact you most likely have intuitive perception higher than most. Your third eye and heart chakras are well on the way to being developed otherwise these creepy entities, that exist in the fourth dimension, are impossible to see without it.
Etheric spider facts: These creatures only exist in the astral dimension. This also happens to be where the human aura can be seen in its brilliant colors and various rainbow like hues.
Upon the first experience of discovering we humans are not alone but share the earth with these astral vermin can be a big shock. I got sick to my stomach on first contact with the esoteric spiders. It is very humbling.
These etheric spider entities use humans as food. Not a pleasant thought, I know, but true. Many other esoteric researchers have said the same thing. The food source is the aura and some call the aura the human energy field.
My research shows these entities have much to do with the energy leaks people experience in day to day living. It is common for these astral creatures to attach to one's back, like a surfer rides a wave, because the spinal area contains the kundalini life force and they can tap directly into the energy reserve of people.
The chakra system situated along the spine is an energy center of much power. These beings show no mercy and even attach themselves to babies. A baby has a very pure energy not being contaminated by others or by their conditioning or stress factors.
The astral spiders are more mechanical in nature than the spiders we are used to here in the third dimension. Their purpose is to suck energy. The human aura is food to them. If this resonates with you perhaps print off this article to read again and think seriously about talking with your higher self for signs and more information on how to raise your own energy levels". -- psychicjim
Account 2:
"Before I begin this experience which happened this week I will explain what astral spiders are.
Astral spiders are very annoying and troublesome entities that you can only see with clairvoyant eyes. They literally look like giant spiders. These spiders do not appear on the physical plane, but on astral planes. The spiders could make people feel like if something is crawling on them.
A friend of mine was bitten once by one and the wound literally appeared or manifested on the physical plane.
My experience began when I was meditating in one of my best friends' bedroom. While I went into a trance state as I usually do I saw them and they began attacking me. It took me awhile to fend them off but one of them injured my leg. My friend had to arrange transport for me to get home.
Later that night I had nightmares about large spiders attacking and biting me. I realized that they invaded my dreams.
After I woke up I still saw them over me.
I decided to go into fasting to strengthen myself spiritually.
The next night I waited for them to return and I was able to fend them off without trouble. One by one they disappeared into what looked like black ink". -- Rashidah
Account 3:
"After reading psychicjim's experience on astral (etheric) spiders, I am encouraged to be a lot more open about this particular problem of mine that I am still having problems.
At some nights during the week, I get constant attacks from these astral beings.
When they appear to me coming through their dark portals, I sometimes feel scared to death. It is a very horrifying thing to witness with spiritual eyes.
They appear in all different colors, shapes and sizes.
Sometimes when I am really tired, they are hard to get rid of. I often at times have to call upon my guardian for help when I am overly exhausted.
As stated in my experience 'Psychic Attacks 2', I also encounter them in places where anarchy is present. I am left to assume that these beings prefer to feed off low vibrational energies. So I try my best to have positive energy around me all of the time.
Psychicjim is right about these spiders being parasitic in nature.
But I thank god that these critters are not giving me nightmares anymore. That was a welcomed relief:)
As I said before, there are many astral beings. Some may encounter some while others don't.
In dream manipulation, these spiders can act as if they are emotional energy harvesters. When I use to wake form these nightmares, I use to feel much drained". -- Rashidah
Religions like Christianity for example are based on blind faith, meaning belief without direct evidence. In contrast, the Prison Planet Theory is based on actual evidence from a wide range of sources that consistently point toward the same disturbing possibility: that this reality is a trap.
PPT is supported by thousands of past life regression hypnosis sessions, many of which reveal consistent accounts of soul manipulation and coerced reincarnation.
Alien abduction research also shows repeated patterns of malevolent NHIs, memory wipes and energetic harvesting.
Ancient Gnostic texts describe a false creator god, the Demiurge, who created the material world as a prison for consciousness.
Researchers like Robert Monroe spent decades documenting out-of-body experiences and observed entities harvesting emotional energy, which he called "loosh".
Various remote viewing projects, conducted by unrelated groups, have independently reached similar conclusions about the control systems beyond this reality.
But ofcourse, even if those sources weren't around or if we were unaware of them, we can see with our own eyes that this world is built on suffering. In order to survive, nearly every living being must consume another. Life feeds on life. Pain, fear, death, and struggle are fundamental to the way this system operates. That alone is proof that something is deeply wrong with this place and that the creator is not benevolent like so many religions portray them to be. A loving, benevolent creator would not design a reality that demands violence in order to sustain itself.
This is why the prison planet theory exists and to compare it to religion is pretty innacurate, because religions ask their followers to put blind faith in their beliefs and that's it. No proof no evidence no investigation. PPT is not based on wishful thinking or blind faith. It is based on direct observation, consistent patterns across cultures and testimonies, and a clear understanding of how this reality functions.
I'm not familiar with the exact methodology Edgar Cayce used back in the day, but what i do know is that the style of regression heavily influences what comes out. If his approach was anything like Dolores Cannon's where the information received under hypnosis is largely accepted at face value and not verified, then it would explain why the conclusions are so different. Personally, i only trust information coming from regressionists who actively verify what they're being told, or what their clients are being told by the entities under hypnosis, there are regressionists who know how to verify whether the entities really are who they say they are, whether they're telling the truth, whether they have hidden agendas, etc, and regressionists who do not know how to do this and aren't aware that this is important. I wrote a post exactly about this if you want to check it out, i think you'll find it helpful.
Implants are real. And they're not just physical, in some cases they are etherical (i know i know it sounds "out there" but we're dealing with NHIs that possess very high technology) and that makes them very hard to detect.
I'm familiar with Cobra, i've kept an eye on his ""work"" (just a blog) for years. I do believe Cobra is a spiritual psyop, meant to keep people from taking matters into their own hands and doing something about their situation, they want you to become reliant on an "external saviour" who will "come save you". This makes people become passive, because they're told that the "external saviour" is "out there" and "coming to save them". They've been telling people "just wait a bit more, the situation is improving", "the liberating event is coming soon", "we're about to be liberated soon" for decades, and in reality nothing ever happened. When the "liberating event" didn't happen in 2012 like Cobra predicted, he then said that "the event will now take place in 2015". When nothing happened in 2015, he moved the date to 2017. When nothing happened in 2017, he then moved the date to 2025.
It’s basically the same trap that awaits religious people, except this version is tailored for those who no longer trust traditional religion. Instead of God, angels, or a messiah, it replaces them with "benevolent ETs", "helpers", "guardians". Instead of "Judgement day" you have a "spiritual cosmic event". But the mechanics of the trap are identical: your salvation is dependent on someone outside of yourself, and people are kept waiting. Hope is used as a leash. The promise of future liberation becomes a tool of control in the present, keeping people passive, compliant, and indefinitely waiting for a rescue that will never arrive.
I cannot speak for anyone else here and research levels vary, therefore i can only speak based on my own work. I don't know what other people here have looked into. So, i understand where you're coming from and i actually agree with you on one thing: blind belief, dogmatism, and “just trust me bro” thinking are not helpful. That's precisely why i'm careful with language here and explicitly said this is not proof.
Where i think there's a disconnect is around what counts as “data”. Data doesn't only mean numbers on a spreadsheet. In many legitimate fields, especially psychology/anthropology/trauma research, intelligence analysis, etc, qualitative data and pattern consistency across independent sources is taken seriously. When unrelated people, from different cultures, with no contact with each other, describe the same structures, processes, and sequences under controlled conditions, that becomes pattern-based data.
You mentioned the word "psychics". Past life regressionists aren't psychics nor do they claim supernatural authority. In proper regression work, the practitioner doesn't provide information or steer outcomes. They ask neutral questions, and the subject reports what they experience. I know this firsthand because i've personally undergone regression myself. No one told me what to think or say.
As for the grifter accusation, i'm honestly not sure where your assumption comes from. Most of these researchers are not mainstream, not promoted, and in many cases actively censored. Some of them like Dr. Karla Turner are dead. That's a strange profile for grifting. If anything, parroting comforting narratives that align with dominant spiritual beliefs is far more profitable and socially rewarded if you ask me.
Remote viewing is a separate category than hypnosis, it's not the same thing, and it has been investigated in controlled settings, including double-blind protocols.
I'm not asking you or anyone to "believe" this theory. Feel free to make your own research and come to your own conclusions. I'm pointing out a distinction: NDEs show subjective experience at the surface level, while regression and remote viewing attempt to interrogate what happens beyond that initial presentation. Skepticism is healthy, but dismissing everything outside a narrow materialist view isn't skepticism, it's just another belief system.
When i personally reached the conclusion that this is a loosh farm / prison planet and that reincarnation functions as a trap controlled by malevolent NHIs, i didn't arrive there casually or emotionally. That conclusion came after analyzing over 500 past life regressions from different regressionists over many years. You said you're new to this sub, in which case feel free to check out the main post about my research if this topic interests you. I didn't watch one video and decide "this is a prison planet". I compared patterns, contradictions, repeated structures, and outcomes across unrelated subjects and practitioners. After that, i looked outside of regression work and noticed that other, completely unrelated sources were describing the same mechanisms independently. That's when it stopped looking like coincidence to me. The reason this sounds “out there” from your perspective is because you skipped the accumulation phase. You're seeing the conclusion without having walked through the volume of data, repetition, and cross-confirmation that led me to it. Without that context, it naturally looks extreme. With it, it starts to look less like belief and more like a repeating pattern pointing out what may be the truth about our reality/the afterlife/NHIs.
Based on my research, NDErs are being honest about what they saw and experienced. I don't think they're lying or making things up. The issue isn't sincerity, it's limitation. They can only report what they were shown, not who was behind it, what was withheld, or what happens beyond that initial experience. There's no real way for them to verify the identity or the real intentions of the beings they encountered. It's also extremely rare to find NDEs with people who recall thinking "hey is this real? is this an illusion? is this a trap? is this a good thing for me?". Instead, people just go along with whatever is happening to them without questioning the experience or the beings they encounter too much, or, at all. In a way this is understandable, because NDEs usually happen in rare circumstances and these people do not expect to have an NDE so they do not prepare themselves for such an experience in any way.
That's why i've focused more on the work of past life regressionists who go further than OBEs or NDEs. Instead of stopping at the surface experience of light, love, or "God", some of these regressionists developed methods to question these beings directly, challenge contradictions, follow events past the presentation layer, and observe what actually happens after death across many different cases.
One example is this person who is an afterlife/past-life regression researcher. Through deep hypnotherapy, he recovered memories of his in-between-lives experiences and discovered that each time he died, the tunnel of light led not to liberation, but to an implant station. There, advanced alien (i'd say archonic) technology was used to erase his memories before he was sent back to Earth and placed into a newborn body. This cycle repeated over thousands of years, effectively trapping him in Earth's reincarnation system.
Remote viewers from two different groups who were tasked to remote view this 'entering the light' experience at death basically confirmed the same thing to be happening when the soul enters the light. And they were not even aware of what the target was, they were blind to the target while getting information about it (this is how proper remote viewing is done, so that their conscious minds don't influence the data they gather in any way). So while all this is not proof, it is still pretty concerning and a possibility.
This is the distinction I keep noticing. NDEs show us what the process looks like from the point of view of the experiencer, often filtered through comfort, familiarity, and emotion. Past life regressions & remote viewing, especially when patterns repeat across unrelated subjects, expose what may exist behind that beautiful and mesmerizing facade that NDErs report seeing, information the NDErs are not aware of during the experience.
You're welcome, feel free to use any of the points i make in those posts. The main reason people believe God is benevolent is because they put blind faith in religion and in what they're told by the authority figures from their culture. But there are many religions that contradict each other + no major religion actually provides verifiable proof that God is benevolent, so they HAVE to have people rely on blind faith and on people closing their eyes and totally ignoring what their own eyes tell them about God's creation precisely because the already observable evidence+proof that anyone can see for themselves would debunk their narrative, and as a result all religions would lose their followers. This is also why questioning/disobedience/doubt or following another religion is framed as "sinful" or dangerous, because independent inquiry threatens the entire narrative. If people trusted observable reality instead of doctrine, the narrative would collapse, and religions would lose their hold over people.
The way this realm works, if you really examine it, is already proof that God is malevolent (explained why in the posts i linked) which means that what all these religions tell us about God is an inversion of truth. This is why I personally believe religions were created to keep people blind, hence the emphasis on blind faith. If people actually understood what was going on, they would stop bowing, stop obeying commands from entities posing as “God” on the other side, and stop consenting to this system. If you're programmed your entire life that you have to obey them on the other side when you die, and you believe that programming, then you will obey their commands. More importantly, people would want to escape this place and never return. But the system requires the opposite: compliance, submission, and continued reincarnation. Religion ensures that cycle continues by framing it as divine, necessary, and "for your own good".
The problem i have with experiences like OBEs and NDEs is that these people only tell us one side of the story, not the full picture. In other words we cannot fully trust what these experiencers see or feel because, as evidence shows, there is a lot of deception going on in the astral realm. So when OBErs or NDErs come back from the other side, they tell us what they experienced there without any real way of verifying who those beings were, what their real intentions were, or what information was being withheld.
This is why i've researched the work of many past life regressionists who went further than OBErs/NDErs, instead of stopping at surface experiences, they developed methods to question these beings directly, challenge inconsistencies, follow them beyond the "love" presentation, and observe what actually happens after death across multiple cases. That's where patterns of manipulation, coercion, memory interference, and role playing start to emerge. If you want to see what i'm talking about, in this post of mine, scroll down towards the end of this post to 'Evidence #1: The perspective of past life regression hypnosis' and check out the past life regressions by Calogero Grifasi that i've listed there. You will see how he exposes these entities, how they operate, and what their real intentions are by stripping away the layers of deception during regression.
Check out the following post, this hypnotherapist and alien abduction investigator would agree with you.
Ok, here we go. There are several misconceptions about the prison planet theory that I sometimes see on this sub (mostly from people who are not subreddit regulars) but also on other subreddits.
-
I don't agree with the idea of certain humans being "npcs". I have not seen any solid proof or even sufficient evidence to confidently conclude that certain humans have no soul or are somehow not real. When people make claims like that with high confidence, it weakens the credibility of other discussions, distracts from the actual evidence, and often creates unnecessary hostility toward this subreddit. When Gnostics spoke about "hylics" (what people today often translate into "npcs"), they were not saying those individuals had no soul or were lesser beings. They were describing people whose awareness was completely absorbed in the material world, people disconnected from higher knowledge, people who were not interested in the metaphysical, people who were only interested in what the material world had to offer. That is very different from claiming someone is soulless.
-
Another common misunderstanding has to do with Robert Monroe and the concept of loosh. Some people get stuck questioning whether Monroe was mistaken, whether he misunderstood what he encountered, or whether loosh was actually something positive rather than exploitative. What most people don't seem to realize is that Monroe is not the only source pointing to humans being energetically harvested by NHIs. Many other independent sources describe the same underlying process, they just use different terminology. Past life regressions, alien abduction research, remote viewing data and even psychedelic experiences, all point toward NHIs feeding on human emotional energy. The word "loosh" itself is not important. The pattern is. Due to their total lack of research,, some people assume that if Monroe was wrong or misinterpreted something, then the entire idea collapses. But that is not how evidence works. When multiple independent sources across different methods and cultures describe the same mechanism, emotional or energetic harvesting, that convergence matters far more than any single individual or term. So whether Monroe used the perfect label or not is secondary. What matters is that a large body of evidence points to humans being energetically exploited by NHIs, which is clearly not a positive or benevolent situation. I already addressed this in this post and provided links and evidence from many other sources.

People who only occasionally visit this sub and are not regulars here often misunderstand what we actually discuss. They come in and spread ideas like Archons being 'our shadows', 'our thought forms', or even 'our egos'. This interpretation is fundamentally flawed and absolutely ridiculous, and I will explain why. This way of thinking usually comes from New Age belief systems and certain Jungian or Neville Goddard style ideologies, where everything negative is automatically reduced to psychology or self created symbolism.
"Archon" is an umbrella term which refers to various types of ETs: Greys, Mantis beings/Insectoids, Reptilians. However, these people insist (and misinform) on the idea that all of these beings are "thought forms" which couldn't be more misleading. Here's my evidence based take:
Greys for example are seen as an Archonic species that have been abducting people world wide for quite a long time. These people have been physically abducted and brought inside their UFOs. Do you think that these people have been abducted by imaterial "thought forms" or "by these people's own egos"? Or do you think that they have been abducted by physical beings like you and I, and brought inside physical UFOs? Which one makes more sense? There's people who have been physically abducted that can remember their experiences either in full detail or at least certain parts of their experiences, in some cases they even come back from that abduction event with a physical implant somewhere in their body. Sometimes the abductees can remember stuff, but in many cases they can't, so they manage to retrieve their memories through hypnotherapy. And these memories show that they have been physically abducted by physical beings and brought inside physical crafts. What this proves is that the Archons are not "thought forms" or "our egos" but real beings in flesh and bones like you and I.
Same thing with Reptilians and Mantis beings, which come up in past life regression and remote viewing sessions all the time. They are not "thought forms" or "our egos" but real beings. To say these beings are "thought forms" is the equivalent of saying that to the animals here on Earth (which we enslave, farm and kill), us humans are not actually real beings, instead, we are just their "just thought forms". Couldn't be more misleading and plain stupid. This isn't to say that there can't be certain beings out there that really are "thought forms". But to generalize, and put every single being out there in one basket and claim they are all thought forms means that these people are either trying to misinform others or are extremely naive.
edit: Wow this comment turned out "a little" longer than expected, but thanks for giving me the opportunity to vent a little and express what has been on my mind for quite some time :).
Well, you may find this article by Wayne Bush interesting ("A case against merging with God/Source")
In my experience, with atheists the issue is not the prison planet theory itself but the fact that it challenges materialism. They are strongly committed to materialism and have already decided that anything involving consciousness beyond the brain is impossible, so they'd dismiss the prison planet theory without really looking into the evidence. The resistance is not about the theory itself, but about their underlying assumptions.
For me, the fact that reincarnation is almost undeniable at this point (if you've made the research ofcourse) suggests we should be cautious about accepting religious beliefs at face value and instead rely on what the data/research is showing to be the case. I never liked the idea of putting blind faith into a belief. This is not smart and it's what people thousands of years ago and hundreds of years ago did because they had no choice, but we do have a choice. We have the ability and the means to research for ourselves, and we should evolve beyond putting blind faith in religious beliefs.
About hell. If hell and demons truly exist as realms or forces of endless suffering (as countless NDErs have described based on their experiences out of body, like you said), then that alone reveals the true nature of this so-called "loving" God. If God was truly all-powerful, all-loving, and all-understanding, then they would completely comprehend why every being acts, feels, and thinks the way they do, therefore a being with infinite understanding would have no reason to create or allow eternal punishment, because perfect love seeks to heal, not to punish and torment (and especially not punishment and tornment that would last forever).
Eternal suffering completely contradicts the idea of unconditional love. A truly benevolent creator would guide, teach, and restore, not condemn and torture. Therefore, if hell is real, its very existence exposes that the being behind this world is not a god of love or light, but a false creator, the Demiurge, who feeds on fear, pain, and control.
That's why i said in this post, that religion and New Age are fairytales for adults to keep us distracted, docile and asleep. When you look beyond their programming, you start to see red flag after red flag after red flag which reveal a God that's far from loving and reincarnation as a giant scam. The possible existence of hell adds even more weight to the conclusion that God is evil. It takes the cruelty already visible in the natural world and multiplies it infinitely. It shows that the suffering we see on Earth is not accidental or temporary, but part of a larger system deliberately built to trap and torment consciousness. A creator who allows or designs eternal torture cannot be loving, forgiving, or divine. Only a sadistic being obsessed with control and pain. Therefore, hell, if real, is the ultimate confirmation that the god of this world is not the source of light, but the architect of suffering.
Someone recently messaged me privately and told me that they get frustrated when they try to talk about prison planet theory with people in their lives because they are met with blank stares, ridicule, or instant dismissal. I had a long convo with this person so i thought i'd share the main points of the convo here as well because i'm sure there will be people who will find this helpful.
So a couple of important things need to be understood:
-
We are not evangelists. It is not our job to convince anyone of anything.
-
This post is for people who already have someone in their life who is curious about prison planet theory but does not know how to approach the subject without sounding extreme or ungrounded.
First of all, this type of reactions are completely normal, and it does not mean you are bad at explaining it or that the other person is incapable of understanding. It has everything to do with conditioning and exposure. Let me explain.
You cannot jump straight to prison planet theory with someone who has never even questioned surface level narratives. For most people, the prison planet theory sounds crazy because they have not done the prior research or gone through the earlier realizations that make it intelligible. Society trains people from childhood to trust authority, institutions, science as presented, religion as tradition, and psychology as an explanation for all inner experience.
Different stages of awareness
In order for you to understand what i'm trying to say here, i will explain how i arrived at the PPT. I did not arrive at PPT randomly. I went through stages. Before I discovered the prison planet theory, i had already spent years investigating surface level conspiracies. Things like Big Pharma, 9/11, the assassination of JFK, wage slavery, chemtrails, GMOs and their effects on the human body, mass media manipulation through subliminal and subconscious programming, the idea of a centralized global power structure where those at the top benefit at the expense of everyone below, etc etc. That phase alone took me years.
I also studied many different religions, and it took me quite a long time to realize that , it is an accident of birth. Where and when you are born determines what God you worship, what holy book you follow, and what morals you are taught. History proves this again and again, and it shows that trusting these religions as absolute truth is simply unjustified.
I have investigated the reincarnation phenomenon by looking into documented cases of people who claim past life memories, including verified locations, specific events, and corresponding birthmarks or physical traits. Many of these individuals are able to recall details that can later be confirmed in this life. At this point, the evidence is strong enough that reincarnation itself is very difficult to dismiss.
After that, I started looking into what happens when we die through NDEs, that's where i first heard about the tunnel of light. But even then i did not connect the dots right away. It took even more time to study NDEs and past life regressions more deeply, especially how they intersect with alien involvement, memory wipes, and the mechanics of reincarnation. Only then did the larger picture start to come together.
Then, I started looking into alien abductions. At first, I believed aliens were benevolent and genuinely cared about humanity, because that is what abductees are often told. They are told the beings love them, are protecting Earth, or are here to help humanity evolve. I believed this narrative for a while.
When you step back and look at the behavior itself, the red flags are obvious. These beings paralyze people, prevent them from moving or screaming, abduct them without consent, extract blood, semen, ovaries, and genetic material for their own purposes, they sometimes even clone the abductee's body, they erase their memories using advanced technology, or implant false memories so the experience feels positive afterward. None of this aligns with benevolence. The deception should have been clear from the beginning.
Only later, after digging deeper through past life regression work and the research of serious investigators like , , , , , , a very different picture emerged. What these entities were telling abductees was not just misleading, it was deliberate manipulation. The goal was to make abductees perceive them as benevolent so that when they returned to Earth, these abductees would then spread the "benevolent alien" narrative publicly through books, interviews, and podcasts.
Only after this entire groundwork is laid does it make sense to bring up past life regressions to people which show recurring patterns of manipulation, trickery, memory wipes, false authority figures, and non human entities. At that point, PPT no longer sounds insane. It sounds like a logical continuation of everything they already see here. Past life regressions are much more important than NDEs because unlike NDEs, they actually reveal what happens in between lives.
There are many massive red flags in reality that appear long before anyone ever encounters PPT
For example:
Realizing that most humans are effectively trapped in wage slavery under the 9 to 5 system. The system we live in creates actual slaves and this is easily observable and provable.
Realizing that this world is based on suffering, where every living being is forced to survive by attacking, killing and consuming another living being which 100% guarantees constant suffering for all living beings on this planet 24/7. A world designed this way points to something deeply wrong at the top and it shows that creator cannot be loving and benevolent like we're being told. So if this creator is evil enough to design a world that runs on predation, suffering, decay, and exploitation, then it makes no sense to suddenly assume benevolence the moment we leave the physical body. There is no rational reason to believe that the being responsible for this kill or be killed eat or be eaten system magically becomes loving, just, or trustworthy on the other side, when their own creation proves that they are the exact opposite of those traits.
On Earth, we clearly see how power structures operate. Hierarchies form around control, authority, and obedience. Those at the top dictate rules, enforce judgment, and decide the fate of those below them. What is striking is that NDEs frequently describe the exact same structure in the afterlife. People report encountering a "God" or "higher" beings positioned above them (sometimes even sitting on thrones) judging their actions, controlling the narrative of their life review, and ultimately deciding what happens to them next. The experiencer is rarely autonomous. They are instructed, evaluated, corrected, and sent back or redirected.
If the physical world is ruled through hierarchy, authority, and coercion, and the astral realm displays the same architecture of power, then the simplest explanation is continuity, not contradiction. The same intelligence that governs this world appears to govern the next one as well. When you recognize that pattern, the idea of manipulation, deception, and control continuing after death is no longer shocking. It becomes exactly what you'd expect.
Once someone understands that, it becomes much easier to question the afterlife narrative. If this world is run by a cruel intelligence (explained why above), then it makes no sense to assume the beings waiting on the other side are automatically loving, honest, or benevolent. The only reason most people make that assumption is because they have been conditioned to do so through religion and cultural programming. From an early age, they are taught that God is good, angels are helpers, and the afterlife is a place of love and justice. These ideas are not questioned, they are inherited. People do not arrive at them through investigation or evidence, but through repetition, tradition, and fear of doubt. When someone carries those beliefs into death, they are far more likely to interpret whatever they encounter as benevolent, even if manipulation or coercion is taking place. Conditioning does not disappear at death, it follows consciousness.
Arriving at the prison planet theory
When i finally arrived at the prison planet theory, i was not shocked or surprised. I felt relieved because the bigger picture finally made sense. But that reaction only came because of all the research that came before it. Without years of digging into other areas first, I probably would have reacted with shock or disbelief too, just like most people do when they hear about PPT for the first time.
The real issue is that very few people are willing to put in the time, energy, and mental effort required to research independently, question what they were taught, and go against deeply ingrained conditioning in search of truth. Most people spend their entire lives being preoccupied with school, work, making and raising children, entertainment (movies, tv shows, video games) and maybe sports. That is the extent of their curiosity. There is no deep investigation, no pattern recognition, no willingness to confront uncomfortable conclusions.
So when they are suddenly confronted with the prison planet theory, it feels absurd or impossible to them. Not because the theory lacks evidence, but because they skipped every step that leads to it.
Prison planet theory is NOT a starting point. It is a conclusion reached after years of questioning reality at multiple levels
Without those steps, prison planet theory has no foundation in the listener's mind. It sounds like pure fantasy because they still believe the system is mostly honest and benevolent.
This is why people get defensive. You are not just sharing a theory. You are threatening the framework that makes their world feel stable. Their brain reacts the same way it would to danger. Ridicule and dismissal are defense mechanisms.
Someone who has never realized that governments lie, that most people are born into debt and work their entire lives just to barely stay afloat, that food and medicine are often made less healthy on purpose because it is more profitable, or that advertising and social media are designed to manipulate emotions and behavior, is far from ready to hear about soul traps, manipulation/trickery happening on the other side, memory wipes, or Archons.
If you actually want to help others understand, you have to meet them where they are. Talk first about things that are already provable. Or things like reincarnation since there is a ton of evidence supporting it. Let them connect the dots themselves. Don't be pushy.
It is important to understand that the vast majority of people do not conduct independent research, and especially not across multiple fields. One person might look into NDEs for a short period of time out of curiosity. Another might explore out of body experiences for a short period of time out of curiosity. Someone else might focus on psychedelic experiences for a short period of time out of curiosity. But how many people actually investigate all of these areas together, compare them, connect the patterns, and try to form a coherent bigger picture? Most people rely on social consensus and whatever narrative is most commonly repeated around them. That is why these manipulations are so effective and why deeper patterns take so long to be recognized.
Connecting all these dots is not easy, it takes a lot of dedication, curiosity, time, energy and even courage. It is not something most people are willing to do. The fact that you are on this subreddit alone shows that you are open minded, curious, and willing to question what you have been told. You are not satisfied with surface level explanations, and you are willing to explore difficult ideas in order to understand the bigger picture.
I've made personal research for over 10 years and i believe that the prison planet theory is either the truth or the closest thing to the truth.
Here is why i don't believe in any religion: post 1, post 2.
And here's my main post about the prison planet theory. If you want more you can check my post history, i've written many posts about the prison planet theory and why i believe it's true.
I agree with this, and i think it highlights something very important about social conditioning. The word "conspiracy" has been deliberately associated with mental conditions such as "delusion", "paranoia", or "mental instability", not because questioning reality is irrational, but because it is dangerous to those who benefit from secrecy and control.
If people are trained to associate curiosity with pathology, then most will never look deeper in the first place. That is an extremely effective form of psychological containment. You do not need to ban information if you can stigmatize the act of seeking it.
People have been programmed to ridicule or pathologize others for even questioning surface-level conspiracies like 9/11 or JFK, let alone something as fundamental as the soul trap theory. The system does not benefit from people questioning official narratives/religions/power structures, or the nature of reality itself. It benefits from compliance + distraction + self-censorship. Once ridicule is internalized, most people shut themselves down before they even begin to investigate. That is why the strongest reactions often come not from evidence being wrong, but from it being uncomfortable.
At the end of the day, this is exactly what you would expect in a system designed to keep people from seeing beyond the surface.
It's alright brother (i see you're a fellow ninja too!). I'm just trying to help people understand how our own programming and other people's programming can be detrimental to us. There is a person who comes to this sub often and constantly pushes the very limiting "the only way to escape is permanent non-existence" idea, and i'm like well..first, it cant be the only way since no one is able to verify whether that's true or not, and whether every single other escape method is false or not. And secondly, the purpose of this sub is for people to find ways to specifically leave the reincarnation cycle, not to stop existing.
Actually, on the contrary, there is evidence that challenges the idea that permanent non-existence is the only way out. Past-life regressionists who explicitly work with clients seeking to exit the reincarnation cycle (such as Calogero Grifasi whom i investigated for years) report something very different. In these sessions, clients are guided to disengage from the Earth system and open a portal at a higher frequency than this realm. What they describe entering is not non-existence, but an entirely different domain of existence one that does not operate on corruption, predation, aging, or death, and does not resemble the "kill or be killed eat or be eaten" mechanics of our world (which is a demiurgic creation). Whether one accepts these findings or not, they directly contradict the claim that annihilation is the only option. They at least demonstrate that continued existence outside this system is being consistently reported within a specific methodological framework. That alone means the “non-existence is the only escape” narrative is premature and unnecessarily limiting. Don't fall for it.
The key point is not that we have absolute answers, but that there is credible, recurring testimony pointing toward alternative modes of existence beyond this realm. Dismissing all of that in favor of a single fatalistic conclusion is not discernment, it is another form of self-censorship. In other words...do not let other people's programming become your programming.
It's an interesting theory but i want to address something. Be wary of your own and other people's conditioning, and of repeating patterns of thinking that do not actually benefit us. Any claim that presents itself as "the only way" to escape should immediately be treated with skepticism. Because of the memory wipe, we are all operating with incomplete information. No one, absolutely no one, has a confirmed or guaranteed method of escape. I become instantly skeptical of any person and they immediately lose me as soon as i hear them saying "there is only one way", "this is the only way" etc.
When someone frames a speculative idea as the only solution, it can become harmful rather than helpful. First, it may simply be wrong (no one can verify/confirm with absolute certainty whether one particular method works or not). Second, it discourages further investigation by implicitly shutting down alternative hypotheses. Once you convince yourself and others that one narrow path is the answer, you stop critically examining other possibilities that may be more accurate or more viable.
'Walk-in' is a real phenomenon. Check out this post, the author recovered many of his past-life and between-lives memories under hypnosis, and one of the things he reports is that the Greys (which are controlled by Mantids and Reptilians) captured his soul, inserted him into an adult body, and used him for tasks involving manipulating or trapping other souls on behalf of these entities (what he identifies as Archonic beings). Basically they put him in another being's body and hijacked the incarnation process for their own agenda. It wasn't a natural incarnation at all, it was a forced/engineered placement, so he could be used as a tool in their system.
Yea 100%. I was having this conversation with another person a couple days ago. We were discussing the prison planet theory and then she started saying something along the lines of "but doesn't any other theory have just as much theory as much merit as PPT? don't religions have just as much merit as PPT? isn't every theory valid?" and i explained to them that no, this is not actually the case. People who say something like this do not really understand what PPT is based on and because of that they do not know how to differentiate between PPT and other theories (in this case this person was new to PPT).
Saying that every theory out there has as much merit as the PPT is quite misleading. Why? Because it treats all belief systems as if they're the same, when they're not. The core difference between the Prison Planet Theory and something like a religion is that all religions ask you to rely on blind faith, 0 evidence and 0 proof given. While PPT is built on cross-correlated evidence from multiple independent sources like you said: past life regressions, alien abduction research, remote viewing projects, NDEs, OOBE experiences, etc (see pinned posts).
But even without any of that external evidence, even if none of that existed, we can see the nature of this reality ourselves. This world is built on suffering: everything survives by consuming something else, everything ages, everything dies, and fear and pain are built into the system. Life literally feeds on life which guarantees non stop suffering for all living beings. That alone tells you that the creator is not benevolent which pretty much debunks almost all religions out there, since they they speak of "benevolent" and "loving" Gods. God is in fact very evil and all you have to do is analyze God's creation to see that. God's own creation speaks volumes about their intentions and about how "benevolent" they are.
Christianity, for example, is based on belief without evidence. It is a theory (actually a huge world-wide cult) based entirely on blind faith. They ask everyone to blindly believe what they're told. In contrast, PPT is built on patterns, testimonies, experiences and research that all converge on the same conclusion.
There is a big difference between theories which are based on imagination and theories that are 100% evidence based and proof based like PPT. Many people also like to say, "I have this theory that…" but if you ask me, discussing ideas that are simply made up adds no real value. Anyone can invent an infinite number of imagination-based theories, and by definition they cannot all be true. That makes them a distraction rather than a path to understanding. And again this is why I take the PPT seriously: it is not built on fantasy/wishful thinking/imagination but on actual evidence and proof.
Also, religion is not universal truth like they make it sound. It's actually an accident of birth. Different cultures produce different gods/scriptures, and different "absolute truths" all of which contradict one another. Where you are born dictates what God you worship, which religion you are likely to follow etc. That alone shows religions cannot serve as reliable guides. What we need is a framework that rises above cultural conditioning and is supported by consistent evidence across independent sources, not blind faith, which leads nowhere.
I wrote a bit about it here:
If the regressionist does question the information they receive and investigates further, interesting things start to be revealed about these entities. Some examples from Calogero Grifasi's sessions are: that these entities have been continuously extracting vital, sexual or other types of vibrational energies from the client (depletion of energy which over time manifests as physical disease for the client, many clients complained to the regressionist of being tired during the day for no reason, even after sleeping for 8 hours at night), that they've implanted the client with all sorts of etheric implants serving multiple purposes such as mind control or emotional control, that they've implanted the client with etheric implants that trigger sexual stimulation during the day and even at night when they are asleep, that they've influenced people's lives in negative ways like causing them unexplainable headaches, unexplainable sensations of fatigue and tiredness, unexplainable states of depression, anxiety, worry and fear (which they absolutely love to feed off of), and that these beings even came after the clients when they died in their previous lives, presenting themselves as the client's angel or spirit guide to once again convince them to go back and reincarnate on Earth, telling them that it's in their best interest to do so. Such information can be pretty shocking to the client, but the good news is that now that they found out about all this they have a chance to break the soul contract that they've formed with these entities and get rid of them (contracts which may have been formed many lives before the current one, either by accident or in voluntary ways like praying and asking for external help, that's how you usually give your permission to these entities to attach themselves to you energetically).
