Also, Glowy was admin since '08 or so. Given this, he was in position of power for a majority of the wiki's lifespan.

Reply to Gematarix's message: Actually, did you know LinkTheLefty was once one of my editing friends? Actually, nearly all of the big MarioWiki editors were before I got outed. I actually used to trust LinkTheLefty, as he does the deepdive on several guides, both Japanese and English, although sounds like it can lead to overthinking and therefore mixups occurred.
It's a heavy and sensitive subject, believe me.

I was told that perhaps if we wait a while, the wiki will become a joke that no one will take seriously anymore because every single month they do something to make it worse and worse & add more and more unnecessary rules.

I have all of the images backed up (I backed them up about 2 years ago actually for when I was planning to do a spin off Pokemon wiki to elaborate on the material on the Mario Wiki)
It really is. The only good thing that can come out of this is that these ignorant removals are going to cause MarioWiki Fandom to increase in traffic because the things that once made mariowiki.com great & beloved are being inherited by MarioWiki fandom and, more directly, Mariopedia

In fact they so obsessed they created proposal just to justify creating course identifier redirects for all the other Mario Kart courses.

People who actually play the games can pick up on the implication as to why something may need rewrite -- or if paragraphs too mushed together, info needs reorganizing. I never had any issue with "drive-by templates"

I'm looking at this and can already see issues here without reasons needing to be specified, although I will say it is preferable if they are added.

Like he only adds articles on obscure information for a brand image, and chances are that perhaps a ghostwriter typed it up. Completely unfair.
I'm betting you there's literal predator creeps there too -- just an essence I somewhat get.
