Zscaler ThreatLabz has published a technical analysis of new tooling from Dust Specter, a suspected Iran-nexus APT threat actor that is targeting government officials in Iraq. These new tools identified by ThreatLabz include SPLITDROP, TWINTASK, TWINTALK, and GHOSTFORM.
