One thing I did notice like after a week of taking these capsules is that my sleep got alot better, A side effect of it was that I was sleepy (not in a lazy way) most of the times, and when I went to bed I instantly go into deep sleep mood.
Second thing regarding to strength, I noticed not much of a difference in overall strength, but I there was a little bit of a positive difference. Might be a placebo, but overall these capsules are really good if you want your mind to relax a bit and have a relaxed sleep.
