Key Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to doctors, e.g. managing office supplies, coordinating meetings / trainings/ activities and making transportation arrangement
• Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers and schedule appointment bookings for doctors
• Liaise with concerned parties for facilitating doctors to perform their medical duties smoothly
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and develop good relationship with internal and external customers
• Shift duties required
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time

Job Requirements

• F.5 or above graduate
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in healthcare related industry
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Compensation and Employment Terms

We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement
