At least nine people were killed in a direct Iranian missile strike on a residential area near Jerusalem, first responders said on Sunday. It marks the deadliest incident in Israel since Iran began retaliating to a wave of joint US-Israel strikes on Saturday morning. It is not yet clear why this area was targeted.
