One month of therapy is obviously not enough because YOU HAVENT CHANGED. Shut the fuck up AND MOVE ON
I know I said that I’d stop talking about the drama, but here’s just one last thing. I’m going to prove over time that I’m becoming a better person with my actions. I’ve been in the type of therapy I need for a year, DBT. Just wait.
