Superman just released October 10, 2024 . The documentary on Christopher Reeve's life story is a must-watch for anyone who grew up admiring superheroes like Superman, Iron Man, Batman. Or Spider-Man Growing up in a third-world country, I always wondered how these actors flew and saved people on screen, but after watching this film, I realized that Christopher Reeve was the real-life Superman. The film beautifully captures how, even after his tragic accident that left him paralyzed, Reeve never gave up on helping others. He became a powerful advocate for people with disabilities, pushing Congress to pass important laws, and continued his humanitarian work despite his own struggles. He wasn’t just a great actor or father—he was an extraordinary human being who came from a broken family yet still dedicated his life to making the world a better place. His wife stood by his side through all the difficult times, and their children continue his legacy today. I want to thank James Gunn for keeping Superman’s spirit alive and for giving Reeve’s son a chance to be part of the Superman legacy. This documentary is not just about a superhero; it's about the strength and resilience of a real man who never gave up, and I wholeheartedly recommend everyone watch it. It’s a reminder not to take life for granted and to appreciate its beauty.

Just watched the documentairy in the theater with my best mate. My grampa has a physical disabillity as well. I had to think a lot of him while watching this pic.

I have always been a DC woman obsessive - got all the graphic novels I could get my hands on growing up. Love superheroes in general but DC back stories are so much more thought through, deeper, more relatable … just better! Superman is my ALLTIME favorite story written for me at a time when I needed to hear/read/see it most

Sorry, not sorry….. but not using Henry Cavill for Superman movies was a HUGE mistake. I get your ideation of a younger person playing Superman. But man of steel was by far one of the greatest movies I’ve ever seen in my life. Of all Superman characters in TV/Movies, non were better than Christopher Reeves, until Cavill. While the justice league movies were bland, there’s absolutely no topping Henry’s role as Superman. You can try, you can spend millions, but it will fail. You will see. Don’t believe me? Take a vote. Ask the people what they would rather see…. Henry Cavill as Superman or someone else.
