NTA, but what is the source for that info?
If it's not some iranian propaganda news outlet but actually independent sources then we have to consider if they were used as human shields. If you build a command post in a hospital or a school then under international humanitarian law it's on you and not the country that bombed the children. If not then it was probably a genuine mistake since the target of the operation is not the population, collateral damage happens in war.
