NS/WP, Operational Tempo, and the NWTI
Threesec DarylNS/WP is a collection of autonomous NS cells operating in Russia and Ukraine conducting direct action against The System, they've been around since the early 2000's and their early allies were Format 18 and Tesak's crew. What's important to mention here is what their long term strategy can be, and how they're limited.
Definitions:
Operation Tempo: pace, speed, and intensity of unit activities
NS/WP is heavily limited by multiple factors, the most important being their lack of embedded networks. NS/WP is entirely reliant on the hooligan scene for their insurgent infrastructure, communities are either unaware or hostile to NS/WP because they went from hooligan gangs to terrorists. This leads to the second problem where NS/WP has low numbers of cells for how large of a country Russia is, they can't disrupt any single region on the scale that the PIRA during the Troubles was able to. They are too few, and too far between, and the only way they can compensate with this is by increasing operational tempo of their local units which makes the states job far easier. NS/WP is limited to sabotage attacks, everytime they do a assassination it usually ends with the cell being arrested and sent to the hell that is a Russian prison. NS/WP in order to be successful has to make the states action in some areas completely untenable by attacking hard where it is soft. To their credit they do this when attacking immigrants, or recruitment offices. These are good actions that speak for themselves and allow them to put a monkeywrenching in the state's activity. The reason I mention NS/WP is because it is a good way to show what happens when a insurgent network is spread out over a large area, with little to no community networking. I don't say this to slander NS/WP, as I'm about to make the case of how they can be successful, but to show how we can do better if we have to. The moment that it will be clear that NS/WP is in the upper hand is when a disenfranchised interest group in Russian society decides to throw their hat in the fight on their side. This could potentially happen with Ex-Rusich guys and the more Ultranationalist side of the Russian war effort being constantly backstabbed and fought by the Kremlin. If they ever stop being cucks and losers and grow a brain they could make a big difference in the fight as they do have actual support networks and numbers to back up NS/WP's campaign further.
That's enough of this foreign talk though! How does this apply to the NWTI?
Simple! This is a lesson on how limited your options are when you don't build up, and decide to skip straight to dessert without eating your vegetables first, and unlike NS/WP we don't have an excuse! All of these NS groups in Russia were mangled by the state so they couldn't do this, we can. The Butler Plan clearly states out the steps and phases to do this, a concentration of our movement's best to an area that can exist to be self sufficient, where communities and networks are formed, legitimacy is gained among the native inhabitants, and a pursuit of causing a withdrawal of the consent of the governed is started. Otherwise you are the crazyhead in the woods doing firebombings with no ability to convert acts of violence into political capital.
Now everything I've said so far is hypothetical, and the only thing I'm "inciting" is peacefully moving somewhere, building a life and a community there, and making friends. What I've said so far is also protected by Ohio v. Brandenburg.
