It's not strange at all to look to the Realms. The clergy of Eldath are caregivers of the land, and the priests of Ilmater are "turn the other cheek, take the punishment" (with a few paladin exceptions). I'm out the door to my day job right now, but will provide others tonight.

@TheEdVerse Our world has such war and strife. I wonder in the Realms are there any wholly pacifist characters, faiths, organisations or societies? Is it strange that I keep on looking to the Realms for inspiration in how better to improve our lands for my 5 year old daughter?

Sometimes the clergy of Ilmater come off as masochist to me. It's interesting the interplay between zealotry and suffering in such a religion. 🤔
