Sim and find my device activated on Xiaomi account
You can check on the phone:
Xiaomi account/devices/current device/sim card+find my device.
For the sim it can sometimes work without activation
First, make sure your Mi Account has been active for more than 30 days.

It is possible to get permission "easier" by using another device of different brand and another sim card, test with a Samsung/Iqoo.

Xiaomi Community App version 5.3.31 or above.
~~You can only unlock the bootloader of 3 devices per year and 1 unlock per month with your account.~~

You can access the latest version of the Xiaomi Community app from the play store or

Assuming you have done these things, we will start explaining. Change your Mi Community region to Global.

Then click on “Unlock Bootloader”. If you are sure that your account has been active for more than 30 days, tap on “apply for unlocking”.

What you need to do now is very simple! You will be able to unlock your bootloader like before. With the new Xiaomi HyperOS, the bootloader unlock time has been reduced from 168 hours to 72 hours. After doing all the operations, it will be enough to wait 3 days.
If you see that the app limit quota is reached, you need to wait for it to be reset at 0:00 Chinese time.

Troubleshooting

The selected country of your account must not be China/India, to be verified on the PC.
If you used a debloater, do a factory reset.
Xiaomi account problem/date error, only Global devices

Activation of the Xiaomi account on the phone:
Sim activated, sending an international SMS is necessary, check that your mobile plan allows it, activate roaming and exceptions on always.
Normally this is done when configuring the phone at the first use with the data activated.
To check if the sim is activated, go to the synchronization of SMS / MMS and calls on the device and check if activated.
Find my device must also be activated, normally no problem to activate this.

Here the Sim is not activated:

If the sim is not activated on the Xiaomi account you will have this error with MiUnlock.
This error is also encountered if the motherboard has been replaced (99% of cases).

Another error:
Your account is not authorized to unlock,please change another.
Account banned by Xiaomi

You have a “spam-registered” account.
Your account has been blacklisted

Do a factory reset and reboot with mobile data and do the configuration.
Sometimes you will not be able to log in because there is no network with the sim, press the power button to restart the phone, do not activate the wifi. You will need to be able to log in with data.

Log out of the Xiaomi account on the phone, go here and delete the device.

Xiaomi Cloud

Sync your contacts, messages, photos, notes, and other items with Xiaomi Cloud to be able to access them from all connected devices. Use Find device to locate or remotely erase data on your device if it's lost.

Xiaomi blocks the unlocking of all Cn devices , MIUI and HyperOS.
WHY?
With MiUnlock you will have the error:
"The place where the account is registered does not match the place where the phone is sold".
so no need to post here if you have a CN device.

Script.py modified for servers, included in the zip Avoid quota limit reached (Nscript.py).

GetTokens.py
If you use GetTokens.py you don't need Cookie Editor add-on.

it needs to be extracted to the root directory of Avoid quota limit reached, just where script.py is. It will ask the usere to login on firefox and press ok, then login on chrome and press ok. It will automatically write to the token.txt file and run 4 windows of the script.py in the end, each with the number 1-4 entered.
This script will ask the user to login on firefox, then login on chrome. After that, it will create a token.txt file and start 4 windows of the script.py file in the avql folder to ask for permission to unlock.

Changelog:
- Added Fallback which forcefully closes firefox whenever it detects it wasnt closed properly
- Replaced the variable script_path with an input field when starting the script, incase the script name changes (like it did with script.py to the current variation Script AQLR translate by nicogrimaldi.py) just drag and drop the script into the command prompt window when it asks you for the script name, this will paste the whole path into the input.

DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL
1. Extract the attached script
2. Python +(AQLR.7z)

3. Firefox and the ***Cookie Editor add-on
***Not necessary if you use GetTokens (recommended).

INSTRUCTIONS

Get the cookies a short while before running the script (30 minutes max). Cookies are your session time on the website and expire the same as your session.

1. Open Firefox and log in with the account linked to the mobile you want to unlock using link1 or link2. It doesn't matter which one you use; use one of the two.
Open the Cookie Editor add-on, search for "new" and expand the "new_bbs_serviceToken" section. Copy the token that appears in the Value section and paste it in positions 1 and 3 (deleting the numbers 1 and 3) of the token.txt file.

2. Open Chrome and log in as before using link1 or link2. Enter the following in the URL bar:

*It is very important that you remove the space between "JavaScript" and ":" after pasting it in the URL bar.

Copy the token it gives you and paste it in positions 2 and 4 (deleting the numbers 2 and 4) of the token.txt file.

3. Run Script.py, enter 1, and press Enter. Without closing the previous window, run Script.py again and enter 2. This will open up to 4 windows.

DONE! Now just wait until 00:00 Chinese time and the script will run automatically.

It's very important that no matter what the script results in, you should ALWAYS do the following on your phone:
Settings » My Account » Sign out of Account » then restart the device;
After restarting:Log in, Settings » Advanced Settings » For Developers » Mi Unlock Status » Link Account to Device. Try unlocking with Mi_Unlock.

Apparently, many of you do not read the instructions all the way through. So in case of failure, do the following:
Settings » My Account » Sign out of Account » then restart the device;
After restarting:Log in, Settings » Advanced Settings » For Developers » Mi Unlock Status » Link Account to Device. Try unlocking with Mi_Unlock.

If the script worked, you will be able to link your account in the options for developers.

Linked account, enable OEM unlock and use MiUnlock.
Folder placed at the root of the drive.

Glad to see that they(Xiaomi) didn't set a minimum level as a requirement to unlock the bootloader like the rumors (maybe happened on CN region).

This is not due to Xiaomi but a government decision from 2022 and for Cn devices, the blocking is still active.

5. Manufacturers should improve the authority management mechanism for mobile smart terminals, improve the security of the operating system, and take technical and management measures to prevent the replacement of the operating system and the installation of application software in the product circulation link.

I'm waiting for a user to try with a CN device to see what happens and I've seen some feedback or with hyperOs, the parameters in the options for DEV remain grayed out.

I wouldn't be surprised if they cut off server access to sites that offer this service.

sind i had redmi note 12 pro 5g and xiaomi13t, both with hyperos and able to unlock bootloader with bypass php scirpt now no more chance
think xioami blocking all since they offer us this tool now
no matter which xiaomi account i try with bypass php tool or community app, always fails
php just as before without bypass, go to community now

with community app always have to wait 02/03 (mm/DD) which should mean 2 months and 3 days?
would be a fukcing joke sry

Both Accounts each has one device tied to and unlock with Script worked fine before i went to hyper os again.
Now it does not anymore

Even a day longe now.
Thats crap imo as IT still is the Same device so they so Not Count numbers of devices per Account bit number of unlocks.
