Good news.
The Court's decision on the Motion to Dismiss in Cordova v. Huneault, 25-cv-04685-VKD, has been selected for publication in the Federal Supplement, specifically because of the Court's ruling on the 17 U.S.C. § 1201 circumvention claim.
Until it's officially published, the citation will appear as ___ F. Supp.3d ____, but it can still be cited now as 2026 WL 184598.
