Rolls-Royce Seeks Space Partnerships for Lunar Nuclear Reactor

Rolls-Royce Holdings Plc is seeking to establish partnerships across the space industry for its micro-nuclear reactor, which it plans to send to the moon in the early 2030s.

The UK aerospace manufacturer is in conversations with a range of potential partners for launch and landing services as well as lunar transportation, Rolls-Royce Assistant Chief Engineer for Space Katie Jarman said on Wednesday.
