How do you efficiently used a portable crafter? According to the guide it's supposed to be possible to get 10k hides in ten minutes but I only managed about 1700 in five. It doesn't seem possible to increase my rate by 3x unless I can place the crafter immediately beside the bank but it doesn't allow you to deploy them within several spaces.

rs3 actually needs a massive f2p overhaul. i think the best solution is obviously to just give them more members content ie making that content free to play. some people suggest making new content outright which is also a good idea. the real solution is to do both.

They need to get rid of anything that isn't best described as "tedious and annoying".

After looking at the rs3 roadmap, I'm thinking about giving it a try after the 2nd deep sweep scheduled for autumn if the 4th raid in osrs ends up being shit, which is getting more likely given the osrs jmods continual insistence on sucking off every streamer imaginable. Haven't played the main game since early 2008 (and a month in 2012 to help my friend get a clan citadel). My question - how feasible would it be to make a new character (not ironman) and progress through the content by release date? E.g train and make gear to kill kbd, get d-med + few other unique drops, move to KQ, get d-chain, etc?
