Yes! In my 1490s DR notes, I put the number of loyal Red Wizards (as opposed to exiles like those in our recent Thay book) at 3,950, but that includes apprentices/novices who'd never be "allowed out" yet (can't have the public see weak Red Wizards and get ideas). #Realmslore
