This wonderful lady is Dorothy Gardner nee Chandler and 106 years ago today she was born!! She is my Great Aunt. Her father was Frank Chandler of Romsey (1864-1917) who was captured in WW1 by the Germans sadly passed away in a prisoner of war camp when Dorothy was only 6 years old. She is a total inspiration of positivity and I am
proud to be her great niece. This photo was taken last year on her birthday 🎉 as her hairdresser offered to give her a free haircut on her birthday for the rest of her life!! Let's hope she has many more 😄

A beautiful YOUNG Lady. And she has her earrings on. When every ggrand mother came out of her room with earrings on you knew she was going with you whereever you were going.
